  2. I've said it before new Officers should know the Constitution cover to cover before they finish the academy. I Back the Blue but I think it's past time for these officers to know and understand the laws of the land. 45 to 60 days of this training in all academies fed, state, and local throughout the entire USA.

  3. In texas you CAN enter on fresh pursuit and exigent circumstances…BUT that incident was stupid. They had no PC to enter or detain and they shot themselves in the foot . Yew that guy may have a criminal past BUT that is not PC to detain contact or anything. They shoulda attempted a conversation to settle the traffic dispute and ended it. NO mandatory intervention was supported. Terrible 😊

  4. This site is far and away the best. I only would suggest reducing the amount of case law. That is why I don't watch Audit the Audit. On another likely stupid idea, why not require law enforcement officers that they MUST have their body cameras and audio on at all times. They must verify that their equipment is charged and working before engaging in enforcement activities. They are not allowed to mute their mics or turn off their cameras. If they do they forfeit their qualified immunity. Seems reasonable law

  5. So… the officer has a clear bias and decides to screw his entire department over for his own selfish satisfaction.

  6. This cop deserves a pay raise because he actually made an example of a tue blue A** H***, FINALLY!!!!!!!!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚β€β€β€

  7. Tbf Richard is a absolute dick doing that to someone while they're working, but none of that had to happen in the slightest to him at all though if I was the guy working I'd think about doing that to him my damn self.

  8. Really I think when we all get so upset about parking a vehicle we all need look at our selves in those words I herd somewhere else can't we all just get along

Megan and Morgan is a waste of your time when it comes to civil rights cases and will simply refer you to the state bar!

  10. Isn't it amazing how this cop knows the definition of the word narcissist but can't see he's the actual narcissist here. It's kinda weird how he's so upset about arresting this guy for parking but won't ticket the yard guy. Not to mention the clear 4th amendment violation of going into his house without a warrant.
Then we have the other officers who were okay with that obvious breaking, and entering, kidnapping. And the petty thieves stealing ammunition, who guaranteed would arrest a citizen thief , are apparently OK with it, when it's them doing the stealing. At least there's the appearance that broken arrow PD is trying to get their house in order, with these firings. I get they might be embarrassed by all of these obvious corrupt cops in their midst, which might play into the lack of transparency, or it could be that criminal charges for the cops involved in the theft of the ammunition, prohibit them from making comment on the pending court case. In any case the chief of this department has some training and educating of his or her departments officers, to let them know they aren't above the law just because they're wearing a lawman's uniform. Hopefully they're paying attention, and it sinks in. Good cops need to recognize the bad cops in their midst, even if they come off as good guys, because they are the biggest risk to officer safety in the long run.

  11. If ignorance of the law is not an excuse for the public, then it definitely isn’t for law enforcement. It’s literally their job to enforce the laws πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ
