  1. I calculate 144 steps, each step = 3’ , so 3'x144= 432’
    or 144 x 4’ = 576’ at 4’ per step.
So it’s a good distance from the stair he was standing at.

  2. I’m saying, this cause I’ grew up in Southern WV, West Virginia State Police violates ppls rights on a daily basis, they send these cops into southern WV from all parts of the state and they think people ain’t smart enough to know when their Civil Rights are being violated, it’s been that way forever!!!!

  4. SMH!!! FREAKING CRIME OF THE CENTURY?? I can’t believe this pig wasted their time on that little bit of “pot”!!! They’ll be paying him, and it’s good cause that don’t even make sense, we found pot in the mountains of WV but it’s not on your property but your Getting charged with obstruction!!! Wow

  5. "Yea didn't know me from a can of paint" If You spoke to work colleagues like the cop spoke to those black folk minding their business You would be out of a job Stat. Disgusting attitude from the cop with the God Complex.

  6. "Name and date of birth; that's ALL I'm asking for" or "Gimme your I.D. real quick. " Why don't they understand? They have no right to ask and then be big babies when you don't want to answer. I just don't get it; are cops not educated? They asked him if he was growing it, and he answered no. Done and done. Whiny little babies with badges 👶🙄

  7. "You'll sit in jail til you give your date of birth even though I'm not sure if you even broke a law." I'm not sure why there's even a constitution when cops can just violate it and nothing happens. What's the point?

  8. This was some kind of setup. Who in the world would have known, seen or knew exactly where the alleged plants were? Common sense ain't so common. Who told them about the plants? How were the plants discovered amongst all of that vegetation? Oh, and where's the charge for the plants? They only charged him with obstruction. "It's near your properties". I hope Mr. Tart beat the brakes off of'em in court.

  9. Not the end of the world you master exagerator, just a constitutional violation in the name of calling you a john Doe even though they know who you are.

  10. How can you serve the law when you break the law. He is not wearing his seat belt. That is against the law and the policy of the department.

  11. God forbid i own 8 acres that someone plant on my property some weed and they would accuse me I'm 73 LOL .these cops are just little men with a badge .jerks never assume –you make an ass u me .

  12. 14:29 why is this cop sooo worried bout his name and date of birth. Especially since he already knew his name. Maybe do a bit of "investigating" and run the property, I'm sure you could find him then.

  13. Im tired of witnessing basically all police violate civil rights. When they swore an oath to the constitution. That sounds to me like they are committing perjury. That's a crime. Why the hell are ever single one of them doing this? It's a oath. Do they know that is binding and why are they not learning this in training? They should be taking a test on the constitution every 2 years to keep themselves educated. They should know the Constitution by heart when they work in government. They better start because im these last 4 years i have seen so many police departments lose thousands and even millions of dollars for these violations. Maybe they should think about that.. This is never going to end until these uneducated people in a uniform that automatically send to give them a crazy mental change when they out it on. That is very important. There hall monitors just lose their humanity in uniform. Don't send them out with guns till they get it.

  14. This cop is lying, name and date of birth and we would be on our way. We all know and the truth comes out he is a suspect, out of the cops own mouth.

  15. That so awesome how these magical identification cards can tell the police that a person grows marijuana. Sgt. Doofy there thinks if he asks Do you grow marijuana? That someone is gonna say oh yes thats me I'm growing the marijuana. These cops belong in a circus

  16. police officer knew exactly where he was going into the woods and what he would find. How is that? I would have no idea unless I had been there before on another case.
