   Update – he has been released but at 73 years old he lost a lot of his life. This was just sad.

   Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I feel sorry for the girl that had to go through this but I don't think Rodney is the bad guy.

   There is literally no evidence and we know adult witnesses can be faulty, let alone a child under extreme emotional distress.

   It's a waste of time to ask a person in prison is they committed the crime. They will never admit to it and are always say they are innocent.

    The little girl was rapped as well why didnt they test thats DNA???
    If no DNA matched hes obviously innocent..

    he’s innocent. I’m like 100% sure Melissa has a foggy memory due to the amount of trauma she faced especially at such a young age. There’s no evidence besides the witness account which should not be taken as HARD evidence when she couldn’t even give a name. This poor man has had his whole life taken away from him in such an unjust way. Melissa needs to come forward and admit/do a polygraph to prove that she really believes he’s the one who did it. This is really peeving me off rn.

    His mugshot compared to now is completely terrifying! Could you imagine spending your whole life in Prison for a crime you didn’t do?! Waiting decades for the truth to come out but it never does!
