  1. The difference is VETERAN in the Gulf War. Once they mention that main word, ur not going to be believed. Especially if they find out any type of infidelity on either part. So, she was skrewd

  2. If you watch the video of this man and I watched it several times he was attacked first be calling names down into the water he was almost drowned and he had a knife he was protecting himself I think the sentence is too harsh I think he yes he did wrong but he only wasn't at smlthat from the beginning to the end because he didn't start this day to go out and
    kill somebody
This man never been convicted for anything and you go ahead and give him like a life sentence for protecting himself he start his day off going over there and planning and murder and that's what the problem here is those boys those wild disgusting boys did aggravate him and torture him and put him under the water so he took out the knife yes that's the wrong part but doesn't mean he should get life in prison and that's the wrong because his age is life in prison 😮😾😠🤬😡 the judge is misunderstanding watch the video while they push them down under the water and human being would defend themselves

  3. Disagree disagree disagree with you. Mui needs to be released with time served. If it was one-on-one maybe the knife would have too much. That wasn't the case. You're delusional if you think he could warn them with that knife or hit them back swing at them. All that would have done was have them all jump him at one time. It was never going to be a fair fight. Odds were never in use favor but against him. The only reason he was able to stab that many people in less than 30 seconds was because they all had him surrounded and they were at his back. There's an innocent man in prison. The jury got it wrong. And if you think Nick overreacted you should work in a restaurant and see how people act when they don't get their French fries

  4. Well, I agree with Mark Bederow on just about all things, but still…I’d argue that not all 400 of those officers who responded were hesitant to enter, but in a high stress situation, it’s advisable to follow orders than decide to go rogue when children’s lives are at stake. I don’t know which officer it was, but I recall at least one parent being handcuffed by an officer to prevent her from entering to find her children. It’s all so bad. We’ll see what happens.

  5. The kids kinda had it coming tbh. He was weird about looking for his phone and lying to the cops and whatnot but I don’t feel sorry for those kids.

  6. I have strong feelings about the Apple River case. Those teens were taunting him, pushing him down in the river posing the threat of him drowning. He had recently had open-heart surgery. How do you expect an older man with recent heart surgery to punch a few teens? Not only that, but there was at least 20 teens against this one man. Absolutely nothing happened to the teens that hit him and pushed him. Now they feel as though they can act the same anytime without consequences. He didn’t bring the knife to the river for malicious reasons, he simply brought the knife to cut the rope to tie the tubes together, which is common practice.

  7. The wife is NUTS!! The girlfriend apologized and tried to help her, met with her, hugged her, did whatever she wanted so she could go away and leave her alone, yet she showed up at her house. Why would she go to her house?!. Why does she want her husband to meet the mistress with her. Perhaps I'm a fool, but if my husband were having an affair, I would wish both of them well and send them on their way — together. What a nightmare.⁉

  8. Please please please can we go back to True Crime Daily?? Ana Garcia makes it easier for me to convince myself to get out of bed and get ready for my 6days/week job, and everyone else was great too- what happened??? Why…just, why? Is there somewhere else I should be looking, or anything I can do, as a content consumer, to facilitate please please going back to daily instead of weekly – especially as, initially, everyone was assured that the change was in name only, and that nothing would be different 🙁
Love your work; please come back

  9. I wish there were more people in the legal world like you Joshua. So down to earth so realistic and can see things, people and situations from all angles!! Your amazing !!

  10. Cuppa Joe & JR always makes my morning brighter! Thank you!

Just one thought. Although I know none of the facts about why the police are being charged, and I certainly believe police officers should be held to a higher standard, I just think that we need to tread very carefully when crossing over to making these actions criminally liable. This will definitely make those in the field, or even those looking to enter the field, think twice about working in this already dangerous position that requires quick thinking and potentially lethal decisions that need to be made in an instant and yet with precision. I don't think this epidemic of school shootings can be cured through police reactions. It needs prevention, not a better response afterward. But again, facts are unknown, so there may be things that will show them criminally negligent in their immediate duties. I'm hoping to see more on this one.

  11. I agree that “stabbing” is not the correct term. He gutted some of them. He was mad not afraid. He was hiding his knife so they didn’t even understand what was happening. He didn’t say a word which was creepy and intimidating.
Plus they asked then told him to go away. He didn’t and that’s his fault. He deserves every moment in prison. And fake tears at sentencing were proven by jail calls. Can’t hide those calls folks.

  12. My divorce was in the Missouri state supreme court , from what i believe i think ive learned so far is a divorce being in supreme court is nesrly completely unheard of. Although , there is a case out of St. Louis county where 31 judges and court appointed physc docs etc are being sued currently due to vast amounts of corruption costing a bunch of people their life savings , childrens educational funds , trust , living wills , irrevocable trust , revocable trust etc? Talk about ethics violations as well as misconduct from prosecutors etc.

  13. I would get several other options implementing other networks beyond the initial one used to diagnose this first responder with bi polar disorder. Reason i say this is simple. I was misdiagnosed due to a 96 hr evaluation hold with a dr that needs formal complaints filed in my opinion. I literally articulated over a million dollars in fraud and identity theft related circumstances as well as several other supporting factors. Not to mention im actually autistic from what all results claim from test ive taken on my own accord. Ive found businesses in my name , automobiles , real estate and theres probably things i havent even lesrned of yet. How the ** is that not considered. When i tried to report the circumstances to the local police department they literally refused to tske the report at all. Thats when i began trying to contect federal authorities…. Still nofhing , been going on since Dec 5 2017 when then petition was filed for the divorce. Ive also got records in white and black from 7-20-2011 through 9-12-2011 the state of Missouri i. E . The representative of the director of fsmily services and my now ex deemed her the "registered agent for all legal affairs in my name without my knowledge or consent while living in separate residences. Im nearly unequivocally certain what they did is extremely illegal.
