In 2016, Robert Poynter went to go help his wife, Chacey Poynter, after she called him saying she was having car troubles. When Robert arrived to help his wife, he was suddenly shot dead and his wife claimed she had no idea who fired the shot. As police later investigated the crime, they believed that Chacey hadn’t been telling the full truth of what really happened. The Decoder breaks down the tragic murder of Robert Poynter.
