My family is from around Kenosha. I remember that trial. What he did to her was disgusting. The letter meant nothing to me. My heart breaks for her. She loved her children and they now refer to her as their birth mothers and the woman their father had the affair with and then married shortly after her death as mom. He has expensive lawyers and will probably walk. He tortured her. It looks like her sons take after the old man. Disgusting.
And the schools that benefitted. Just get the money, give the scholarship, but don't lie about the credentials

Agree with the fact the act and sat are biased. But cheating is never the answer. And most of people that got in with this kind of cheating we’re not people of color or out of the country. Just lazy kids the parents wanted to cheat the system and cheat other hard-working children out of their spot

But, on the last case that you went over, I would be worried that people wouldn't use against him just knowing in their conscience and subconscious mind that she wrote that letter. How do you genuinely find a jury that doesn't know anything about this. Very concerning
I don't want anybody to come at me for saying this, I'm saying it because it's most likely definitely true. But someone is probably coming for Megan because of this. And that is a sad but real truth.
You always take the plea if your guilty. I had three friends in different cases no take the plea and the paid for it big time!!

How about the kids trying to go to school Who weren't able to because one of these parents who pay for the kids to go into these schools they took that place that was undeserved. It's already a hard uphill battle for some of these kids trying to get out of certain neighborhoods or situations and do well in school only to have it taken away by someone who's slacking off whose parents got them in because they're either connected or the side door. I think it's b***** two years. That cost a kid a future as one of these schools. How many countless kids suffered because someone undeserving took their spot by doing something. Shady.

I'm not familiar with this case so I don't know all of the other evidence, but as far as the letter goes, she could have been so angry about his affair that she set him up to take the fall after her suicide.

Why is it that these higher court decisions make it easier for the guilty to get away with murder. If one knows a known acquaintance is scheming to kill them and state so prior to death, that can't be considered. What else should a victim do?
Congrats josh on your new baby!! My oldest graduated 2yrs ago, plus i have a senior and 2 juniors now. This college thing makes me beyond angry. But im beyond angry at anyone paying anything other than just tuition to get in college. Some spoiled celeb kid gets in cuz mommy has money but a hard working poor kid cant. Thats not fair.
