I'm sorry for anyone who loses their life to Violence. There's a place that is welcomed for them and they will reach out to you so you can get justice to heal as well not just for them but for you. It's hard to lose a love one to Violence. Just know they will always be here but in a different form. Its another life blessing.. to hold is just another moments in time.

There's very few things in life that prompt rage and murder….I'm betting on money being the case here.
Two things I hate about this show. One, the obvious questions they ask and then try to portray drama when they get the obvious answer. Two, the recap of the show so far after every break takes us almost to the next break. Totally unnecessary time wasted.
Update: He got 11 years for voluntery manslaughter after he admitted his uncle hit him first then he hit him back and uncle hit his head. I don't believe the story but the state didn't have a strong enough case so that was the plea they offered.
As an update, the nephew is headed to court after his dad admitted lying to cover for him. Last I saw was a court date in Apr, but no reporting on that so could easily have been postponed.

I knew the nephew pretty well growing up. He was in the same circle of friends as me. I can't say this is surprising. We were all drug addicts around that time but as far as gang related activities, yes that is true but Daniel was never really involved in it as much as he liked to act like he was. Nobody really took him seriously.. but I really hope they find out what happened to Will.

I wanted to think that their ambush interview is somewhat scripted cuz I never saw anyone so violent that they attempted to shoot or run over the reporter due to questions they might find aggravating and annoying to answer. Or would it just prove their guilt towards those questions?

Update: the nephew was arrested for the murder and plead not guilty November 2020. The preliminary hearing is in May 2021.

I always wonder why people who claim to be innocent refuse to comment . If I was accused of murder, I would insist to anyone who would listen that I didn’t do it. If reporters ask me if I killed someone , I would respond with a resounding “no”. Wouldn’t you be yelling from the mountain tops about your innocence?

There’s proof.. if they don’t talk up it clearly means that there hiding something and that they did it.. the dad is covering up what happened so his son doesn’t face jail time simple .. I find that quite stupid .. just be honest because then there gonna live with the guilt rest of there lives .
