  1. Obviously, no one condones catfishing or deceiving people. HOWEVER. People here saying the murder "wasn't exactly justifiable, but – you know 🤷‍♂️" are obviously very, very comfortable with an insanely high level of homophobia and transphobia. If you find out your hookup isn't who you thought, there is a huge range of how a human being could react, murder being at one faaaaaar extreme. Also, where is all the pseudo-Christian judgementalism for the man seeking out casual sex with a stranger on the internet…? Oh, it doesn't apply because the victim was LGBTQ? Gotcha.

  2. To me, tricking someone like that is a sexual offense. It's shocking and violating and defiles consent. No one deserves to be killed but no one deserves to be sexually offended/deceived for another's selfishness.

  3. The victim did cause this situation. I'm not surprised he didn't discover this was a man in the first visit as it was stated that he went over there for oral sex. But on the second visit, when he found out that this was a man, he freaked out. It sounds exactly like he was led there because he was expecting to hook up with a biological woman. An actual woman. And the decedent may have thought it no big deal to have sex with a man but clearly this young man was not of the same frame of mind. I'm sorry someone was killed, but that guy was playing with fire. And quite frankly, I think a LOT of straight men would have reacted the same way.

  4. This woman is too dense. 🤦‍♀️. Plus, she's implying that a trans woman will alway still look like a man. That we should all be able to see the person isn't a biological woman.

  5. I doubt the victim lied. Usually trans are honest about their biological sex. (Plus let’s be honest, the victim looks too much like a man to be a convincing woman). I have a feeling the football player has a fetish for trans women. I say this because I’ve discovered pre op trans women is an EXTREMELY common and rapidly growing fetish for “straight” men. But since they say they’re straight, they have conflicting feelings about this fetish and are ashamed of it. I’m thinking he went to get head knowing the victim is trans, but had a moment of inner conflict and took it out on the victim

  6. A "friend" wouldn't kill "a friend" and I hope the killer gets the death sentence! The football player should have been punished with aing prison sentence because he probably felt ashamed that he was involved sexually with a male and reacted by murdering him! The school should expel him because he is unfit to be a a student or to be a member of the football team! He will experience "karma" for the senseless, violent crime he committed! Murderer! Thug! Criminal! Miscreant! imo!😡🤬

  7. Okay, the woman who planted her mother in the backyard did not want the money to stop that is plain and simple. You don't have to cut anybody when they die especially an old woman but don't you think that's a little odd?! That was totally totally wrong! So she doesn't want to be arrested she will now! Because now they're going to cut her open it see why she died

  8. Sometimes people are being prejudice at the same time that they don't even know that they are.Because if it was the other way around then he would have diffidently been loured there in many eyes. I think people should look at it both ways before they give their opinion that way it will make sense.

  9. 👀 My husband just got eye drops(according to eye doctor he has dry eyes) 🤔 it's not cheaper to keep me🤣🤣🤣 he shall continue working & he is 65 I wonder if I have to put the drops. I'm like doctor mom🙄

  10. The first murderer should get death penalty or life w/o parole, she is pure evil. The second case, this guy lost it and for good reason. Most men would react in a violent way in the same situation. The gay guy was deceitful in one of the worst ways and to a man who is not gay, I can understand his anger went off the charts. He expected a woman and the humiliation of being tricked by this male. Most of us don't know how we would react to this kind of trickery. I don't think he should get prison time. Perhaps probation and counseling is the best solution. There are many trans who many of us can't tell if it's a woman or man. You said; he already went there once as if he would have known it was a man , but that's not always the case. I'm a woman and I can't always tell the sex of someone. Some men are really looking like women and fool many. Just my thoughts

  11. We hear so many stories where things like this happen.. as much as you say you protecting urself by hiding your sexuality it always puts u in more danger. Just be true to who you are, own it and the right person will come. That's how u protect yourself, especially when using social media.

  12. I’m a cashier in grocery store and a customer came through my line and was buying Lots of Visine , I told him I about this crime story , that Visine can kill you if injecting or ingested! He responded…don’t tell my wife !!!!!

  13. For all the experience you have, I'm surprised at your comments on the " Tinder" murder,
Stating why he beat the man on the 2nd encounter and not the 1st,
I'm going to guess. This man was probably dressed as a woman, considering he was using a woman's name, and it was oral sex,
Maybe he exposed himself to be a man on 2nd encounter 🤔 would be my guess,
I am a female, and I have met some beautiful women in my time who turned out to be male. Never could I have guessed they were male, I'm confused with your line of questions,

  14. I'm sorry, but who the hell is the victim? The person that was lied to or the person concealing a lie?
It is no difference with a person concealing an std such as hiv/aids, and getting reprimanded. Is that person assumed to be a victim? Of course not. You hid an awful lie unbeknownst to the other person.
The football player was a victim and perhaps not so smart for engaging in risky behavior from the jump. But he had no knowledge of a deranged cross-dresser, it he who is the victim.

  15. Actually, poisoning is far more common. Check out your state's 'unknown' category. MOST of those are actually IPV and the police know it. But for 'unknown' reason do not report it as such. Poisoning is usually an Interpersonal Violent (IPV, which could be defined as DV) act. There are SO MANY ways something like a heart attack could be and is used. And if the intended victim has been isolated for any length of time, who's going to 'care' what gets reported..

  16. Killing someone is bad for sure but I don't think this young man meant to kill the guy impersonating a woman. I don't think murder should be the charge period, Not first degree not second degree. I think he should have been charged with unintentional manslaughter.

  17. I am always on Anna Garcia's side sorry this time I'm not I don't believe people should die at the same time I had your sexual male it's going to go back s*** crazy if he finds out hes been with a man

  18. Well he did not deserve to get murdered that's for sure and this guy should be punished for it, but…. had he not lied (if it all went down the way he said it did )he did create the circumstance! right wrong or indifferent he lied about it

  19. If you trick or lie ,hide what sex you are because you believe that you won't be able to do what it is you want ie: sex , love, make money, work and a relationship just to be shocked that someone is mad or violent or violently mad well you were and are in the wrong just like you want to not be lied to or to be treated with respect hell even if you are selling something. People want what they expect they are getting not a hidden surprise or something to pop up after you already violate there body or trust. Its not up to anyone else to decide what you should be okay with or what you accept because you enjoyed it is no different in fact that makes it worse thats another format of rape because you had no choice no idea what was really happening and didn't choose who did it to you even if you think its a woman and turn to be a man and you're online woman well thats rape because a man is actually doing to you what you thought a woman was its just the same as saying no but wasn't giving the chance . Im so sick of the lies and games then they say well they won't have a chance to be with anybody if they don't. Well thats there choice not to be done with as a game to satisfy the people who can't accept the fact most people don't want to have a relationship with a trans. But if you are honest then it will happen with the right person and be great but to lie and be shocked that someone snapped well they did it to themselves sorry unless you are truthful to them before you do anything then you risk it going really bad.
