3. I live in Rockford, IL and not too far from where she died. She had to have harmed him first, and then went to that hotel, it was a dump and only shady people stay at that hotel….but I don't think she knew that….but either she sold him, or she hurt him first, that hotel was not a place to leave a kid alone. I think she buried him before coming back to Rockford cause she took him to Wisconsin Dells….and that's where he was last seen

7. People need to understand that there are many different types of love.
   Pure, evil, sick, crazy, narcissist, half love, one day love, forever love, etc!
   She could have taken his life because she didn't want her son growing without her.
   It's selfish and sick love for some, but it's a unique kind of mother's love.
   Do you understand what goes through the mind of a human that is about to end his/her life? That's all we got and we are about to lose it in our own hands. So do you think these people think the decisions about other are wrong? Well maybe yes, maybe not , but they are about to loose it all.

8. What if she buried her son in a cemetery plot? Her note indicated that he would be with others that would care for him. So what if she had family that had passed away and she buried his body in the cemetery where her other family had passed? I know that's a far stretch and I know that nowhere did it state in the story that she had family members that passed but her note was so encrypted. It almost immediately made me think of that…

9. No she didn't want her family to have the stigma attached to her taking the wee boys life and wanted to be in control to the end, I hope the child is ok, but I honestly can't see it, I do hope I'm proven wrong Such a sad story 😭

This looks more like a child trafficking. Y the police doesn't dew news media conference or interviews only give no good reason or update or anything about the case. Only to give a statement of what that they are not doing there job or they just don't care about the case since the kid is 12 now. Yeah something is wrong with that department needs to be look at

To me she said he is safe and with people that love him,….she in her mind loved him and if she was so depressed maybe she took his life then hers but then again how was she able to hid his body so well…………i WANT TO KNOW IF THE DAD HAS EVER TAKEN A DNA TEST. maybe IF TIMMOTHY IS ALIVE HE WILL ALSO DO A DNA TEST.

    another man that felt the need to divorce her. The 1st husband recognized that there was something terribly wrong with this woman and wanted nothing more to do with her.

42. Am I the only one who wonders if the husband had something to do with this? Like, made her make the voicemail saying she k!lled herself and then k!ll them both? I watch too much true crime 🤦‍♀️

43. Unfortunately her own words tell me that she has killed her son. When she said to his brother 'Timothy is mine', tells me she thinks her son is her property and she would never give him away especially to strangers to raise. I think she has killed him and placed him where no one will find him. Horrific selfish behaviour! I also think the people she is referring to are people in heaven which is where she would think he would be safe and happy. She never once says in the letter that Timothy is alive and that is very telling. The two unexplained trips could have been her scoping body disposal sites that he would never be found in. The best scenario would be he was given to a loving couple to raise. But in reality, genuinely good people wouldn't take and raise a child knowing he's been taken away from his loving family. She's playing with them and in the most cruel way. She is so selfish that she wanted to kill herself but didn't want to be remembered as a mother who murdered her child so tried to coverup her tracks to make it look like she gave him away to preserve her reputation. The mental illness excuse is just a cop out, this is evil.

44. Everyone is looking at the mom, but James could've easily gotten rid of them both and got his wife to pick up the kid early to make it look like she did it? This could be the PERFECT double murder?😮
