New Jersey police arrived at the scene after a car allegedly crashed into a railroad signal. When police made contact with the driver, they noticed the smell of alcohol coming from her. Police also found an open container within her car, prompting them to offer her a field sobriety test. The driver, who they identified as Rosemary, was uncooperative, the tests could not be completed which resulted in her arrest for DUI.

0:35 "She's gonna be so mad at me" . Why not think of this BEFORE drunk driving & not after you might have killed someone???
The officer is not your brother. It's not his fault you're under arrest. You chose to drive under the influence. Welcome to adulthood.
The FST's are both hillarious and puzzling to us living in a 1'st world country. I think we went away from them in the late 70's. 😄
Here in Denmark we take a breathalyzer on scene and if its over the limit, we get blood draw at the hospital.
This poor girl. She was minding her business, being a model citizen and that railroad sign jumped out in front of her. Then, that officer was so mean. He didn't even hug her or say, "Poor baby. " What a shame. I hope she survived her police interaction
Lol. I half expected this to be out of Utah at first. Our population cannot figure out how to not get into crashes with the Trax system.
They drink and get mad at officer because she decided to drive. REALLY
She is one of those brats who did this to herself, but is blaming this policeman. How rude and disrespectful of her…she should be ashamed. I hope her parents are furious
Fake crying to get sympathy and avoid DUI arrest. Classic.
Stop crying, be an adult and accept responsibility for drinking and driving!
Another chick who’s never been told no and gotten away with things by “crying” and playing the victim
29:01 The random guy made me laugh.
Police are useless. Don’t call the toll free number on the blue sign on any railroad crossing at grade. Ask her about how much she drank. As it’s okay for train crews to smash into cars. That blue sign is an emergency number to the dispatcher that controls those tracks.
Deal dash is a scam…ironic lawyers sling their sponsorship
"What have I DONE?"
Ah, how soon they forget.
Ok, what’s a shooter?
I hope when this snotty girl is sober, she realizes that her decision to drive impacted all of those police officers, firefighters, paramedics, transit police, and people on the trains as well… (hundreds, if there’s commuter trains that got held up)…I hope she realizes that her decision negatively impacted all of these individual’s day. 🤦🏻♀️🙄😵💫
why do adults always want to call their mom or dad when driving drunk is beyond me, grow up it’s your mess not your parents
What an entitled brat. She is holding up a train and the fake crying is disgusting. And the way she talked to the police is because she thought with her acting and the fake crying she was just going home. Never bothered to notice all the personal she has taking up their time for her stupidity. And of course they don’t care about her, why should they she’s just another spoiled drunk child with a drivers license whose driving intoxicated and being nasty to them for no reason.
Those are some nasty looking eyebrows real talk 🤮
What's the point to do a FS test on a person who just had a severe car crash. That's wrong. Of coarse the crash influences the results.
That officer is being so so cool.
I’m still always shocked by adults who want to call their mothers, I would be begging to be brought to jail before calling my parents. I’d be more afraid of them than being arrested!
She gets the prize for the highest rating of the day on the slapometre
If I ever drove drunk, I'd be absolutely ashamed of myself. If I got caught, I'd accept whatever process needed to happen as meekly as possible, because I'd be blaming myself so intensely.
But I suppose it's that part of my nature that prevents me from driving drunk in the first place.
Did anyone else notice that the cop called dispatch to have them call for a tow under John's Law? Well, he hadn't even given her the SFST's yet to determine if she was drunk or not. Just goes to show you that those tests mean nothing. Cause if the cop has made his mind up that you are, then why bother with the test (oh sorry, task, lol) Yes, she is obviously very impaired but still he shouldn't have called in before he gave her the test, I mean task.. He deemed her guilty before proving she was. Just sayin'.. I hate DD's btw and she should go to jail…
It’s pitiful what crybabies the younger generation is today. Parents aren’t doing kids any favors. My kids would have never wanted to call me if they pulled this act. They knew the police treatment would go easier than mom and dads.
Why cry? If people drive while drunk, aren’t they accepting that they could crash into someone, or something, and worse? 😒😒😒
I guess it’s a requirement nowadays for people to automatically need to call their mommies when they get questioned by the cops.
Grown adults who's first response is "I need to call my mom"… uh, helicopter parenting is a detriment to your child's development and ability to function as an adult.
At least she was dressed like a toddler 😂
Her self pity and arrogance is off the chart. Her parents raised an immature arrogant brat.
That outfit was her first crime!😭😂🤣
Why do people like her expect to be treated with kid gloves after she just spent the last hour insulting the cop? She was probably the school bully.
What an arrogant little brat
"This is so not fair" I know, how dare they cause you to face the consequences of driving drunk and risking dozens of lives, and making sure you aren't hurt after doing so. How dare they do their job!
Damn why she tie them shoes so tight
24:50 – 25:45 ish
A drunk and a nice dickhead!
I realized in this video that the younger generation doesn’t understand the difference between empathy and condescension. These cops were worried about her and she took it way left.
She's a rude entitled brat. I'm glad she's being held accountable for her actions. She just can't fathom the fact that she is being held responsible for the first time in her life.
New Jersey Again
with Democrat Drunks driving
no Jail they do it over and over again
Wonder if its because Mob bosses all drink
And you cant jail a mob bosses mother , wife , sons , daughters Inlaws Judges Lawyers
Democrats Shame on You
"You can't park there!!" 😂
I must admit that actions speak louder than words. I’ve never seen this woman so sad before.
The whimpering is over the top.
i thought grown adults crying for their mom when the police go to arrest them was bad ..but now, after hearing this one crying for them NOT to tell her mom… this might be worse lol
3:25 this song is a vibe 😂
After getting her out of the car, the next important thing that they should have done is get the car off the railroad tracks. No reason to hold up the trains.
This is so not fair???? Not fair that she got herself drunk, not fair that she crashed her car into a railroad signal, not fair that she refused a sobriety test?
She seems like a nice person…. Not!!!
