Bodycam footage shows the moments surrounding an officer-involved shooting in California on November 20. The Sacramento Police Department said 24-year-old Kyrieanna Rebekah Liles called 911 and claimed she heard her dog barking in a neighbor’s yard. Ring Doorbell video later showed the 24-year-old armed with a butcher knife, apparently searching for her dog. When confronted by police, Liles aggressively sped off — nearly hitting an officer.
