  1. They reall abuse the mute button!! They shouldn't be alowed to discuss the situation on mute. The whole point of recording is to assure there not doing anything wrong nor is the other persons

  2. Nobody pass the FST test because it's up to the opinion of the officer, never agree to them, you're just wasting time, better to use the breathalyzer and if they have none better to go to the station police to test it

  3. Whts the problem, i thought that was a recommendation from leo tht a driver shld pullover n park, take a nap if necessary instead of continuing to drive. 😮

  4. There are many times in this world when the police turn little situations into becoming more chaotic and agatizing and bigger situations taking it too far with assumptions and authority, and this is one of those occasions

  5. We have well intentioned nosy nosy citizens that can't wait to call law enforcement like little tattle tales that they are hoping for a gold star. Even though that wasn't the ideal place for a nap. I understand her situation. I have felt so overwhelmed, frustrated , emotionally drained and like I'm being suffocated at home occasionally. This is mainly due to my 15 year old daughter and her mental health. I myself needed to go and have time alone because I want to shut my eyes, because I'm tired and need to figure out an issue or because it's best to deescalate a situation. Trust me we just need a public parking spot for us to get ourselves put together and then return home. My therapist was the person that suggested I try it so I did and it has helped me a lot. I hope I don't ever have to deal with unnecessary harassment like this lady because I have enough on my plate. Closing our eyes or sleeping a bit in our car shouldn't be of anyone's concern. I find it creepier and even way more disrespectful to know that a stranger is knocking on my window trying to know my business. Now that should be illegal. No shame.

  6. I don't know why they start telling the police how terrible their lives are! Like it's going to make any difference whatsoever!

  7. She seemed very nice and polite. She and husband are going through a very tough time right now with their daughter. It must be extremely stressful for her. The cops could have been nicer, they seemed so unsure about arresting her anyway.

  8. Why is car insurance required in the United States but not health insurance? If you don't have health insurance, then you shouldn't be allowed behind the wheel, correct?

  9. This whole arrest is just questionable to me. Lady is sleeping in a parked car in a parking lot. Um ok? Somebody called the police to let them know whats going on. Sometimes people needa mind their business. Theres been times when Ive put my seat back in my car and have taken a nap because i sometimes get the best sleep in my car. Doesn’t mean im drunk. But the fact that there was no breathalyser or the officer didn’t smell alcohol on her breath as she talked and told her, yea just real questionable. She shoulda been given a warning after she stated why said why she was sleep in her car. Yea i dont agree with the arrest and how these police handled this situation.

  10. Why do people act so surprised they are getting arrested?! Lady you were passed out unresponsive to people. You couldnt balance even after blaming it on the shoes and taking them off, you also didnt do the walk and turn properly, werent heel to toe steps, didnt make a proper turn and didnt look down at feet.

  11. The only time I drink is when my daughter and adopted daughter's call me on Sunday evening because I can't stand talking on the phone.
