Woman Poisoned Husband’s Mountain Dew with Roundup Over ‘Unappreciated’ Birthday Party: Cops – Everything Law and Order Blog

Court documents detail a police interview with Michelle Peters after her husband reported to police that he believed she was poisoning his soda. When confronted, Peters allegedly said that her husband had not been appreciative of a 50th birthday party she organized for him. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber breaks down the probable cause affidavit, in which Peters is quoted as saying she should have just divorced him.

  1. Society: There's never a justifiable reason to hit a woman
This guy: she was putting round up in my mountain dew

    Society: Go ham!

  2. “He’s selfish”.. says the psychopath trying to murder her husband. Sorry, but it’s literally not worth having a family. Why are women losing their minds??? I refuse to believe it was always this way!!

  3. I’m not entirely sure what the big deal is considering that a large percentage of the food we all eat is simply crawling with glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup. While herbicides sprayed earlier in the growing season may have had a chance to deteriorate, farmers also use glyphosate for something called crop desiccation, which allows ease of harvest for many crops. Meanwhile, Monsanto used to claim that glyphosate is completely safe for humans to consume, a claim that was based on fraudulent studies conducted by a front company that they owned. I’m a licensed agricultural pesticide applicator, by the way, so I do have many years of experience with this sort of thing.

  4. These cases against spouses/children are happening more n more frequent. We gotta pray for this evil, and fallen world 😢 🌎 🙏

  5. The first thing to tip the guy off was when he noticed they had gone through several containers of Roundup but his yard was full of weeds.

  6. Should be a Class A felony; she had no intention of stopping as there were still contaminated bottles in the fridge. She was also using a deadly weapon — Round Up actually says "Killer" on the containers; the perpetrator is using it for that purpose. This is all planned and premeditated and should carry a minimum of 20-30 years imprisonment.

  7. Round Up settled a lawsuit because the ingredients were shown to cause cancer when sprayed into the air in farms… He DRANK it for weeks! He could get cancer in five years and all she gets is an assault charge???

  8. I dont care what people think or how selfish this seems. If I have a family, there will be no life insurance policy on me. I also won't be the financial provider for my wife. Everyone needs to work. I'll pay for my kids for sure, but that's it. I also will make my own food and drinks. People, not even your closest confidants, cannot be trusted.

  9. Yep! Adam warned men long long ago. And women have only gotten far far worse. Women continue to show and tell us what they are. Unfortunately, men still aren't listening!
