  1. How the F could this POS judge let him go! He had the power to put this guy in prison! The question becomes why the hell didn’t he! Why is this case not investigated?

  2. 9:12 probation isn’t stopping him from harming her right this second! I hate that the “law” seems to think a piece of paper will keep you safe from psychotic individuals that are wanting to unalive you!

  3. HUH!?!?!?!?!!? What a fucking switch, no lead up or nothing. Hes confessing his love and you cut to him being arrested and Evelyn completely cold to him.

  4. Wow such a resilient woman. I pray for her continued healing & protection. I need to go to sleep. The more stories I hear like this is why I homeschool my kids, don’t allow people to my home, around my kids… just plain keep to ourselves. And while that’s no real way to live, it will increase our chances of survival of this demonic world.

  5. What the hell????? PROBATION?????? They put lock up people for less? The justice system in America works and don’t work. I don’t know how to explain it. In Africa , people are remanded for years without trial but in the same Africa, no one who pleads guilty to such a crime is seeing at least 30yrs minimum. Both continents need a bit of each others justice system cos what the hell is this

  6. What a remarkable and strong young lady!
And the guy ONLY got probation?
If this was any other race involved he'd be in prison for life. Our justice system is garbage…..Smfh 🙄

  7. This isnt the "justice system" failing – that's a damn good defense attorney standing in the way of the justice system.

Defense attorney: Either you accept this plea or we go to trial and he gets aquitted.

Prosecution: what makes you think that?

Defense attorney: your case is weak, I could drive a truck though this much reasonble doubt – you really want to risk it?

Prosecution: no, but he did it. he clearly did this.

Defense attorney: thats not my job, that's yours. So are we getting 10 years probation or an acquittal?

Prosecution: *thinking probation is better than nothing*

This is how our justice system works – if they take a plea, it means 1 of 2 things – the defense doesnt want to go to trial, or the prosecution doesnt want to go to trial – and in these cases, the prosecution always wants to go to trial – unless the odds are high that they'll lose.

  8. So, this POS nearly killed his gf, then he lied about it, swooped in like some hero to her rescue….
Then years…YEARS… later they finally charge him, but not with attempted murder, and so….he only gets probation and continues to live his life, remaining free from jail after shooting and stabbing his ex partner. 😡

  9. I am so confused with this story. So somebody shot her she doesn’t know who, they think it’s the boyfriend, boyfriend takes like detector, test and fails, and then she gets engaged to him? Did they say if they got married or not? And why is she not with him anymore? I dozed off this video was the big huge part in the middle.
What was the motive of the attempted murder? Too many unanswered questions. Why did she think he was innocent and then later on she thought he was guilty?

  10. She fealed herself ……. She literally was almost murdered and instead of her walking away until she finds out who f**** tried to kill her she goes back to the dude …………. Also I mean he probably caught her cheating on him that's probably what happened doesn't make it okay in any way shape or form but let's be real and nobody just shoot someone and stops them to death for no reason and notice how she says he is such a great guy like there was no complaints so then why did all the sudden he did he decide to shoot you does it make any sense….. All I know is take accountability some of these women nowadays I swear they're just so desperate to feel any sort of of love an affection and attention that they're willing to date complete psychopaths and move in with them after a week you're the problem then she goes and finds another do you like come on dude are you kidding me I literally left my ex because he was a total psychopath narcissist piece of s*** and I haven't dated anyone since and it's been a few years because literally when you're emotionally abused and damaged you don't want to be in another relationship …. I don't trust anybody so the fact that she was able to go and get another guy after she was murdered give me a freaking break women please don't do what she does and please don't move in with some guy that you don't even know another guy like really close your legs and get close with God there are some evil ass mother f**** out there just like the guy that she dated don't be the dumb woman

  11. Something is missing from the story. "It wasn't him, we love each other" and in the next moment it's clear to her too that it was him after all. How was his guilt proven?

  12. THIS IS SO WRONG, THERE HAS TO BE A WAY TO PROSECUTE THIS B@#TARD, THE JUSTICE SYSTEM LET AN ATTEMPTED MURDERER OUT ON THE STREET, WHY WOULD THE JUDGE ALLOW SUCH A THING TO HAPPEN, IF SHE HAD DIED, THEY STILL WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM PROBATION, OUR LEGAL SYSTEM LET HER DOWN, THEY MIGHT AS WELL OF ROLLED OUT THE RED CARPET FOR HIM ON HIS WAY OUT! I'M SO DISGUSTED HOW THIS POOR YOUNG GIRLS LIFE MATTER SO LITTLE TO ALL INVOLVED IN THAT COURT ROOM!!!!

  13. I remember reading just recently that you know there was a man who is serving 18 years and probably longer in jail after the said that he would only be serving 18 months in jail for robbing and being involved in a fight at McDonald’s

And 18 years later he still in jail for robbery at 17 years old and get in a fight and being a jerk basically you know

And the bad thing is all they lied to him he was supposed to be serving 18 months in prison instead he served 18 years and he is still in jail

And yet this Dallas person tries to murder someone that fell in love with him and says he cares about her as well and loves her

And puts three bullets in her brain and then tries to stab her in the neck he basically blew her brains out

And he gets no jail time I often wonder how that makes sense, in some places you get 18 years in jail for robbery and being involved in a fight

But yet in another place you tried to kill somebody and you don’t get any prison time
