Giovanni “Chulo” Jennings was found unconscious and with severe injuries inside a Michigan mobile home on July 30. He died a few hours later. 25-year-old Elaine Jennings, 25, and the mother’s boyfriend, Daniel Giacchina, 32, are charged with first-degree murder and child abuse. The state prosecutor detailed the child’s horrific injuries during a heartbreaking news conference. Just a comment, that there is a sound differentiation between the two main speakers on this video. For those who are producing this video the audio of the gentleman is too soft whereas the lady speaks far too loud so if the sound is turned down because of the loudness the gentleman cant be heard.

There's a guy calling himself Rusty Rivers out here on YouTube. His real name is James Russell Salley. He fractured a two year old boy's skull, scalded the child's feet with boiling water and left the baby with multiple bruises. He only served 4 years, now he's on YouTube bragging about how tough he is. SMFH.

The mother has a more mean and vile look in her eyes and facial expression compared to her boyfriend. Obviously there is something wrong with her boyfriend, but there is something more wrong with the mother for torturing a child let alone her own son. She should have never been left alone or allowed to have custody of children.

This is infuriating that every time we hear about child abuse cases in most of them wasn't any CPS involved before it gets medial attention or resulting into a murder case despite so many people reporting each individual case every time…CPS needs to be dismantled and rebuild under new agency and label because they stopped caring the only ones who trying to do the job is new recruits in the staff…nothing personal against veteran staff but the system doesn't help them to treat themselves from mental burnout each time they meet suffering children the Board needs to resign they have failed too many children year after year.. & the abusers in this murder case will not last long in jail …Prison has it's own justice
