9. If CPS would stop taking children out of non-violent homes, they WOULD BE ABLE to concentrate on children that are truly in need of their protection. It's not a matter of more resources, it's a matter of a complete overhaul of CPS and their objectives and obligations. The CPS system is in desperate need of oversight of their practices. Any governmental agency that practices unfettered is in jeopardy of becoming corrupt. The CPS agencies in the entire state of Texas were so corrupt that the federal government and courts had to step in! Over 1,000 children under their 'protection' are missing and CPS has no idea where they're alive or dead, much less where they are! Children were removed from their non-violent families and placed in worse conditions with horrid people! Thus, it goes back to CPS concentrating their efforts in protecting children who are legitimately at risk and OVERSIGHT OF EVERY CPS AGENCY BEING INSTITUTED. If not, nothing will change and at risk children will continue to suffer.

These are living, breathing children that need to be protected. BLOOD is on the hands of CPS as much as the girlfriend.
