Earlier this week, Judge Ural Glanville stunned observers of the Young Thug RICO trial when he announced he was pausing the trial so another judge could determine whether he should recuse himself. The move came after the attorney for the rapper, Brian Steel, called for Glanville to recuse himself along with other lawyers involved in the case following an ex parte meeting with the prosecution’s star witness, Kenneth “Lil Woody” Copeland. What people don’t realize is that if the judge is not giving a biail he already believes that person is guilty.
Lil woody I would assume is in a street gang or something, and the man has a problem the proverbial "snitches get stitches" statute aside him testifying puts a target on himself and unless they plan on giving him witness protection for life, they're signing his death warrant.

Why was ADA Hilton speaking to Copeland and not Copelands attorneys?? (The transcript has her referencing several times to previous conversations she had with Copeland). If a person has an attorney to advise and represent them, by law the government MUST communicate with them via their attorney. In addition, if a witness informs their own attorney they are going to lie in court, because "they lie all the time", a defense attorney would need to step aside so they don't have a part in that. The Fulton County DA office is known to play these games according to local defense attorneys.
