Frank is more than a traffic Deputy Sheriff. This man needs to be a teacher in schools or at least give mandatory attendance to Junior High and High School kids on how to respect the rules of driving.
He is excellent at what he does.
Parent’s are not getting through to most kids how important it is to obey the rules of driving!
So many people should Not be driving at a young age. The laws should be where they have to be 18 + more classroom study hours of instruction and more behind the wheel instruction.
