This case reminds me of what is called the 60’s scoop atrocity that went on in Canada.
Ruby surely fooled people with her Oscar winning performance. She was acting! She needs to serve 15/20 years and prove she’s totally rehabilitated! She’s a monster and Jodi is evil they both need to pay for what they did to the two children.

Kevin is so full of 💩. As son as he gets those kids back I believe he will pull them from legitimate therapy, take them back to the church and force them to use the churhes techniques regarding ‘therapy’. Then pocket the money for himself.
Our family is a victim of Jodi, and let me tell you. I don’t know Kevin, but I do understand the power Jodi has on vulnerable women, and crazy connections in the community! I am sure Kevin didn’t really have a change, like our family!!
KF's parental judgment, feeling & understanding seems nonexistent. He totally deferred to what Ruby dictated. Doesn't contact his minor kids them & BLOCKS THEM from his phone? His lawyer claims it's because he wanted to get his family back more than anything? Sorry. Not buying it. Terrifying to think this dolt would be the one responsible for helping these kids heal from serious trauma. Someone else needs to be responsible & care for the kids.

The way i understand it is that the kids were kept from all family. That includes Kevin. I also watched another interview with a different husband, and jodi did the same thing to him and ruined his life.
According to Kevin’s lawyer,he disagreed with Ruby on raising the kids. So, he leaves the house and has no contact with the kids for over a year? It doesn’t make sense. Kevin abandoned those kids and should be charged accordingly.

I think its b***$**t that Ruby and Jodi were only charged with 6 crimes and were able to plead down to 4. I also think that Kevin and the guy that was at Rubys house when the kids were found should have been charged.
Kids in family channels and vlogs are totally exploited. And the parents are the only ones who profit. Such a messed up industry that they try to make look wholesome.

Why did nobody just extract the main features about Jodi so far:
– she didn't just irritate people to make prolonged business with them, but she really wanted to torture kids and to destroy them as well as adults resp. their marriages
– there is not one good intention, but it is all composed to destroy, hurt, torture, damaging the feelings and psyches of the ppl she could tear into her system…

The same is true for Ruby, but more focussed on damaging her kids, ashaming them, but also neglect them, hurt them, up to torture them. It took her a longer road to come to the ultimate measures, but what else had always been at the end of the spectrum, within wich her behavior was thriving
She had to meet Jodi because she was searching for this way of treating her children. That is her inner truth!
The same is true for Kevin. What was his ultimate imagination conc. his kids? What was the theoretical and practical advanced mode? We don't know whether he dreamed of this physical torture in Jodi-style…
But what else than torturing took place before, only in a minor version. Taking away the cell phones compromising Chad with his texts, accepting him having no bed, accepting the weird body-tasks Ruby set on Ruben ? What would follow thereafter without Jodi? They had something in mind and I think something more brutal than .
Ruby found Jody and the first thing was accepting that her husband, the father of her kids, would leave…I think, she opened rooms for violation and torture.
She couldn't start this torture on her kids, bc. Prof. Kevin Franke couldn't comply.
But: what, if he was not present, and the torture was still happening?
He MUST have known that something evil was going on.
I think, he never contacted the children so he was never in an obvious position to stopp this torture. This should be what was really going on. Kevin as a professor, had to stay away to let all this happen…!

I'm very afraid for the children if they were ever considered to be given to Kevin's custody. Who really believes he's happy RF escaped and Ruby was arrested?
An LDS judge supposedly denied three request for a court order to enter the Franke house. What does Jesse feel about that? And, does she believe the LDS church will be pulling strings for Jody Hildebrandt in sentencing.
