  1. She should not be livestreaming in a car. Her dog going to the bathroom on her grocery delivery was horrible. She still delivered the groceries. She was looking down right before she looked up. Had she not been looking down at her phone she would have seen the pedestrian start to cross her path before the sun got in her eyes more than likely. Not acceptable.

  2. Did anybody else notice that she's not wearing a seat belt? In the first video a seat belt is not visible at all (although her purse strap is clearly over her shoulder), and in the later video it appears to fastened BEHIND HER BACK, and not in front of her as it should be. Now, i realize that this error does not, in itself, cause this accident; however it does demonstrate her complete disregard for the traffic laws, and the basic rules for driving safely. Did she see the pedestrian before hitting her? I think not. However, who's fault is it that she didn't? Common sense tells us that when the sun is in our eyes while driving, we should use extra care to make sure the path of travel is safe. She did not. Instead, she chose to split her focus into making a livestream, which I believe, contributed to the circumstances surrounding the accident. She is certainly not the innocent victim she makes herself out to be.

  3. Omg she really dosnt have a clue of that it and offence driving under the influence and engaging with a mobile device. I live in uk and if that happened here she would be charged dangerous driving and driving under the influence

  4. Streaming deff didnt cause her accident here but ppl should not be streaming whole driving. Should be considered a form of distracted driving because when ur streaming ur full concentration isnt on the road.

  5. Sun in your face,.excuse that does not sit with me. Always need to have propper eyehear in the car for that. Always a pair of sunglasses within hands reach. And if it was hindering,.that why isn't she even squinting? Had people claim they was looking but did not see me. Obviously they was not, or not looking right. Looking for her dealer? Clearly.she was scouting not where she should have. And that sum excuse, please.

  6. It’s all on video… she literally didn’t see them. Why are you acting like an ignorant person like those people in the comments they sent her

  7. She didn’t commit a crime. She had an accident. Nobody was hurt. The police did their job. Everyone who disagrees is basically a tyrant.

  8. I Think the person was in her blind spot. She was turning the wheel and only checking her mirrors and NOT over her shoulder (her blind spot) this is How you hit pedestreants and bike riders ect. I cant believe no one sees that its so obvious

  9. She doesn’t seem upset to me. And she was livestreaming. She absolutely was impaired by not watching the road for some views. She hit a pedestrian and casually asks did I hit you, you okay. I am not kidding. If I hit someone I would be hysterical.

  10. The fact she thinks we want a recap on how she is doing not the victim shows what level of main character syndrome she is on.

  11. Why is it that anytime we examine some "influencer" they always turn out to be borderline sociopaths? She literally has zero empathy or concerns another's safety.

  12. Lmao 🤣 bro I was charged and paid a ticket for earbuds. The earbuds weren’t even on I just so happen to have left them in. She flat hits someone while streaming and gets nothing.
