They actually achieved nothing, while shareholders of companies providing services like feeding the troops, supporting the troops, … enriched themselves. If ever there was a need for a world court to bring Canada, the US, and the EU to justice for the continual suppression and fleecing of a nation it is the case of Haiti. This is exactly the kind of international relations example countries like Israel, Myanmar, and China can point to as an example to justify their genocidal policies. It should sicken anyone with a social conscience.
