A small-town police department in Milton, West Virginia, is facing more scrutiny after another troubling video surfaced of a questionable arrest. The newly obtained video contradicts the sworn statement of a Milton police officer who said the man who was arrested resisted arrest and tried to escape. PAR investigates the case and delves deeper into the finances of the town, which has nearly doubled its collections of court fines and fees over the past decade. Please join journalists Taya Graham and Stephen Janis for this in depth investigation revealed in this episode the Police Accountability Report!

  1. The first problem..you called the police. You DO NOT EVER call the police. Looks like you learned this the hard way as I did. For the first time in my life, I called the police after being assulted. The old me would have taken care of it myself. I figured the new me would do it the right way and call the police. They asked me my name and came back and said I had a warrant for a 15 dollar 20 year old over due inspection. I called the town it was from, and they said they would have to get back to me.
A week later, the court clerk called me back and asked what I did to piss this cop off.
I asked what she meant, and she explained she had to cross town to the old paper archives to find it!!
Never ever again, I could be in the street dying, and I would not call these lying animals.

  2. You guys should check out the high desert that is a few small cities that are very small in California San Bernardino county, Victorville Adelanto, Apple Valley, and Hisperia. They serve many frivolous, search warrants with out following the procedures that are required to obtain a search warrant regularly and every search warrant says that they have, a witness to back up their search warrant when the evidence is not there, and no crime is uncovered, and a person goes to take legal action by going to get a copy of the search warrant they say that it has been sealed by a judge. The only thing that’s been sealed by judge is the lies, and this happens on the regular basis.

  3. It's not just the cops It's the whole system from the local cops to the state to the federal government.
Look at your pockets and see who's hand is in it.

  4. Yes the FBI WILL DO A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION INTO ALL CLAIMS OF MISCONDUCT WHEN CONCERNING LAW ENFORCEMENT MISCONDUCT. I from experience know this.

  5. Dose this officer still have a job and why is not in prison and I hope this guy went after the officer qualified immunity and is getting some of the officers pension and his house his cars the baby diapers his accounts and what ever rental he owns so wrong of this city

  6. These cops think they got away with it but they didn't thank God for our Second Amendment I don't wish to many harm but they brought this on themselves good luck tyrant cops.
