The trial of Ft. Worth police officer Aaron Dean for the killing of Atatiana Jefferson ended in a conviction for manslaughter and 12-year sentence. But in this episode, PAR investigates how the judge retaliated against supporters of Jefferson’s family who attended the trial, throwing one cop watcher in jail for refusing to be sworn in as a witness.

  1. I watched this trial and vividly remember seeing Mata’s arrest in court. I didn’t understand what was going and at the time and didn’t know of Manuel Mata or his work as a cop watcher; the arrest was bizarre and confusing. Thank you for reporting on this and providing the rest of the story. You’ve provided clarity to cloudy circumstances that the corrupt mainstream media further muddled with its lopsided coverage.

  2. So the justice system if useless, the Constitution is useless and the 2nd amendment is completely useless. Sounds like North Korea.

  3. These types of situations will only stop when we use our 2nd Amendment right and stand up for ourselves against a corrupt, tyrannical government.

  4. Freedom is an illusion
The entire system is corrupt from the top to the bottom including all of the media
It is all going to come to light soon as people start to realize the collapse of the US
This is being done on purpose to further the power of a very small group of people
The WEF the Central banks and corporations
Lobbing has created a way for corporations to legally pay off governments and control everything

  5. Texas – the same state that has been protecting a corrupt attorney general for years. Is this really all that surprising?

  6. Are you sure this is America ? That criminal judge needs to be looked up when he is not on the bench and explain.

  7. I would have refused to be sworn in and not say anything to the judge. Do not acknowledge or answer any questions from the judge and plead the 5th.

  8. This is more stunning than anything I've seen police do (other than outright violence). A judge conspiring like that is just staggering.

  9. Oh my god, if a pig wanted to move to a new court because the community is biased against him, it says everything about the conduct of that pig.

  10. Im not sire why the cop watcher couldnt testify if he observed the defendant doing something wrong.

  11. Note that anyone who takes a stand against any state, local, or federal government agency is automatically accused of terror threats. This is about programming the public to sit idly by while those who stand up for their rights are prosecuted unconstitutionally under color of law.

  12. Poor Steven it’s always what have you learned have you talked to “****”. No no word they won’t answer. Ok thank you Steven lol

  13. Here’s why you don’t follow cops around while they’re just trying to do their jobs. And when you’ve got somebody always behind you not knowing if they’ve got a weapon or dangerous justifies getting him to quit following them around. It’s dangerous to the cop if he gets distracted by the guy filming and the person he stopped pulls a weapon and hurts the cop. Idk why people have to try and burden cops even more than the libtards have already done

  14. Wow!! Thanks so much for this great piece. The speaker actually helped me understand some things I didn't know. I'm a straight down the middle gal, politically speaking. And I think our policing is as corrupt as it's ever been. I 100% support defunding, not eliminating, and using those resources save from the defund, on social causes. In closing let me say that even the social services that exist today in America is corrupt and broken. We need checks n balances over our elected official and civil servants. Thanks again.
