A father tried to protect his daughter, then cops attacked him and his dog

1. The state cannot bring charges if the victim of s crime doesn't press them. If the cops removed that child against her will they kidnapped her under color of law. That is the facts and findings in law and reinforced by the legal society's own dictionaries.

9. Incentivized policing needs to be put to an end!!! It is the ultimate incentive for police to make arrests, even when arrests are NOT warrented. The only way to eliminate this is by chaging the the incentives, and or chanching the court itself, ONLY the courts permit incentivisation of policing. So it MUST start at the court level, by getting rid of Judges that allow and 'incentive' this police behaviour!

11. Nope…The daughter was being arrested for domestic battery since it was a relationship issue. And yes you can be arrested at 14. The girl tried to run, resisted arrest. The dad needed to STFU. But he had to be an idiot and got arrested as well. Cops DID zero wrong here.

The morally corrupt cop hanging the dog should be fired, charged and convicted and sent to jail. If those inhuman machines did something like that to my Daughter or my Dog I would do everything legally (like that would do anything) possible to get their butts fired. They learned NOTHING after world wide coverage of the cop beating up a sick Alzheimer patient. Their mother's failed in their upbringing!

    You do physically what the officers order you to do. You identify yourself.
    You say "I want to have a lawyer appointed, and I remain silent".
    Everything they say from then on, you say "I remain silent".
    There is no way youngsters can actually argue anything with these cops. So ask for a lawyer and remain silent.

28. I remember when tasers were first introduced it was said "tasers would only be used in a situation where a gun would normally be used to save lives", "they would not be used otherwise".
