Surveillance footage reveals police assaulting an unarmed man on his own property. While the use of force in the video is shocking on its own, what’s even more shocking is the fact that the state of Texas is currently threatening the victim with 10 years in prison. On this week’s PAR, we take an in-depth look at the common practice of stacking charges to intimidate citizens into taking plea deals, as well as the lack of accountability for aggressive police tactics that violate people’s civil rights. We also examine the possibility that police may have targeted the victim in question for previously posting a YouTube video that exposed excessive force. 1. These so called Police Officers are corrupt, vile and pure evil. These so called Police Officers are Organized Crime. They are not Police Officers by any stretch of the imagination.

  2. this is what a pilice state looks like
we luv you taya thanx again.💋❤💯💋

  3. When he asked for the charges and they say nothing….. must have conspired charges after the fact. Shady shitty kop work. Shame on them

  4. The cops were way out of line but you are your own problem and that’s clearly obvious! Why would you accept 10 years probation prior to all evidence being disclosed? Your dumbass will not stay trouble free for years ! There are countless cases of police brutality. You created the problem now you want to cry file! Stop yelling at people for no reason! Grow up and put on your big boy pants fella!

  5. All of those incidents of taser fire… what a waste of perfectly good electrical current that could've otherwise been put to good use by "Old Sparky." Strap these cops in… and do not wet the sponge. Maybe they will fry or maybe they will only endure torture. It's the same gamble that cops subject the people they abuse to. See how double standards work? 🙄

  6. It is called a blood dept. The reason the cops keep murdering us is because no one collects on blood dept. Everyone wants cash for thier loved ones. I want blood all of it . for one of my loved ones

  7. … they wouldnt produce the video till after the trial ???? is that not withholding evidence ?

because if so how did the attorney not go hey judge the officer has no lights and sirens going to indicate an traffic incident.
it seems very fishy why the tape wouldnt be turned over and if it was and the attorney knew then he needs to face action for incompetence of council

  8. in all these u noticd they never have the original charge from what they arrived on scene for ? line he is charged for matters after the initial charge. unless that can be proven then the other charges should be null and void

  9. I am vehemently opposed to police misconduct, but still feel that the budget of any government agency should fully budget those things which protect our rights, the police, the courts, and the military in the case of the feds. Everything else that government spends money on should come next.

The cops that violate the law and their sworn duty to protect and defend the constitution, should be sent to prison.

Brutality by those who we have given guns to and the right to take the life of someone who might be dangerous requires that we investigate fully and get the bad cops off the street. I think we also need to stop giving cops more tactical gear than an infantry soldier gets.

Protecting and defending the constitution and our rights is the most important job there is in terms of what the government spends money on. Our rights come first.
Our first responsibility is to defense of our rights, assuming we want to keep them.

I have heard but can't confirm, that the Constitution would not be ratified if it were written in the common verbage of present day use. If true, that scares me as much as does rogue police officers.

Keep up the good work and know that I and the other subscribers appreciate what you do. The bad guys need to go to prison no matter who they are.

    Abolish qualified immunity.
