  4. I agree. The killing of "civilians" is UNACCEPTABLE and a "violation of human rights". They must be held accountable for these crimes.
    Using Children as SOLDIERS should be CONDEMNED by ALL countries and Nations. They cannot speak for themselves so ALL should be their "voice".
