   There is NO Constitutional Right to film in public buildings against the clearly expressed policies against filming/photography. Such policies exist for client confidentiality and privacy and contrary to the frauditor mantra, there IS an expectation of privacy in a Public Sector building if the faculty SAYS there is. If you don't like the confidentiality policies of a government entity, so what?

   I would be more supportive if you did not push this race agenda which makes no sense based on what you do. As a part of your work you see thousands of police interactions and auditor videos. You then must know that tyrant cops come in every size and color and sex and the victims of abuse do also. So why push a partisan race agenda?

Steven, I wished to reach out to yourself and Taya both and voice my concerns considering a great travesty on our systems of law enforcement, judicial system and school system in the state of Alaska. You may not be aware of the condition of the establishment of this remote place on the landscape of America as to its application to the scheme of our nation as a whole, however, this place should peak your awareness as it has a systemic problem with law enforcement. Firstly; be aware of the fact that the lip service given to the youth here are our valued future is a lie. They have been treated as fodder for a burgeoning prison system. Secondly, this system has produced the outcome of a malevolent mindset which is to produce a prison population who are retarded in their thinking whenever they ever do get released from incarceration. The "Prison Programs" provided by DOC (whether they claim to be accredited college programs or not) offer very little to truly enhance thinking or otherwise prepare an individual to function in our world. Rather, the legislation, law enforcement, public defenders, DOC, probation/parole departments, half-way houses and ankle monitoring system, treatment centers, etc. have most of the Native population under the gun, not to mention anyone else without about a million in the bank to defend themselves in a courtroom. The ACLU posted a memorandum on every Law Library (several years back) stating that they would not hear any further cases involving matters from Alaska inmates concerning DOC. If you get a chance get on Lexus Nexus and study the Cleary File. When that lapsed everything changed in AK DOC. Does it matter?
