Biden’s Criminal Justice Plan Can’t Reform the System He Helped Create (1/2)

1. This is actually when Biden was of some use to America. He was correct morally and economically to support criminal justice reform in the 1980s and 1990s. We did need to lock up more criminals. We experienced much lower crime rates afterwards. Now Biden has allowed young, ignorant Leftists to make his old ass feel bad about what he did. So he's totally turned over the subject of crime and law enforcement to the young turks. And, surprise!, like clockwork, crime is up. Violent crime is way up. And, predictably, black on black crime leads the way. Interestingly, Trump was much more pro-black people than Biden. And consistently too over the years. Biden has been nothing but a race baiter all his career.

43. Hopefully these Biden videos will be seen in South Carolina long before the primary. He may be a better person now than he was then, but I believe whatever he is proposing today is opportunistic and likely lacks sufficient commitment to assure follow through if elected. He is not the worse candidate, but far from the best we have available.
    However, if you are saying that he is proposing more mental health and social science practitioners for schools and communities this is extremely important. As a social scientist & specialist in the administration of youth and human services my greatest hope and prayer has been that African Americans and Americans in general would recognize that "the suppression of the social sciences including mental health in much of the United States" is a great part of the reason for the horrible inhumanities and exploitation that exist as the U. S. Juvenile Justice System, and also supports the overwhelmingly inhumane exploitive U. S. Criminal Justice System. "If the U. S. will allow true social science in practice we will directly resolve the U. S. Juvenile & Criminal Justice Empire that is built on usurping the lives of largely African American children and adults". If I were U. S. Health & Human Services, and truly permitted to practice my profession, this would close most youth detention centers in the nation. Most children in these criminal justice systems are being destroyed by these systems and their inhumane programs & practices. They operate with exclusion of evidence-based services other than a few states like Washington State which is half way home. The U. S. fears social science because they have fallen in love with the Judiciary and prisons, which is now a very large part of our economy. BERNIE2020.

44. As the root cause of crime is the more educated upper-half of society being so criminal as to hoard all the land, wealth, political power and healthcare, true justice reform is:
    1.  Over 75% of those arrested for a crime must be of the educated upper-half of society.
    2.  Eliminate the 50% working poor by guaranteeing them a living wage.

45. 3. Everyone with a college degree to receive mental health care to cure their greed.
    4. Only uneducated laboring men shall police the 50% working poor.
    5. Put a cap on wealth, no millionaires or billionaires.
    6. No one with a college degree shall earn more per hour than a laboring man.
