  1. If the resell values are so low in black neighborhoods, why aren’t blacks flocking to these neighborhoods when it comes to buying homes.. they should be a bang for their buck, right?

  2. I am confused: do they buy cheaper and have lower sales prices ? There has been a sharp rise in costs for rent – not sure about housing prices – so did these house rise less in value since the GFC. ???? Because if they are more affordable – that offers chances for other people to buy them (more easily) – including chances for black people.

  3. Well the Secret Relationship between Blacks and the oppressor also includes banking, investment and access to money. Same oppressors as in the Secret Relationship book, just changed the device of oppression since the end of slavery. As Michael Jackson once said, "they don't really care about us". Stop blaming the white man and learn WHICH white man is the Real oppressor. Its the one always smiling in your face when you have a good jump shot or a fast 40 yard dash etc. John 8:44. They'll lend money to illegal immigrants before they loan to blacks. Wake the hell up! By way of deception they war against us all

  4. Who is increased house prices good for? It ain't good for renter or aspiring home owner. Certainly good for the seller. That's why black people that own property in gentrifying neighborhoods love gentrification. They sell their house for 5x what they bought it for. People love to talk about race, but the divide is between the owner of real estate and the renter. You will find the same divide in white neighborhoods. U think high house prices are good? Tell that to a white person paying rent or saving for one.

  5. Sorry folks the black people I know don't want to live in black neighborhoods. They all think white people are strange and different but they still want to live where crime is low, schools are good, it is strangely quiet compared to what is what they are used to and guess what black folks aren't going to make white folks run for the hills anymore. Section 8 apartments next door. Guess what, they want their kids going to good schools also. Nice neighbors, loud parties that end at 10:00, like working folks do.

  6. Black people have to pay more, borrow at higher rates and commute longer every day than equivalent white person. All this adds up over time.

  7. This is the worst segment I've seen on RealNews. We need Aaron to interview this to call out the bullshit. This doesn't make any logical sense at all. The LA 1940s map shows Redondo Beach as "hazardous" red. And Compton blue "still desirable" … lol. You don't hear Chinese complaining about this. In early 20th century LA, they were forced into chinatown ghettos and real estate contracts specifically excluded them from purchasing property. Now they've all moved into Arcadia, Irvine, Brea, out bidding and paying cash for house.. "pushed out" other buyers in the process via the pocketbook… raising school test scores through the roof… increasing desirability further, leading to more investment, 99 ranch markets everywhere, more tax revenue for city services, educated and engaged citizens to hold city council to task and keep things nice. no one is forcing folks to live in areas anymore.. if u don't like it, move. just leave the loud hiphop subwoofers and drive-bys in the old neighborhood.

  8. Home values are determined by the price buyers are willing and able to pay. In Black neighborhoods the buyers and sellers are black. White people have nothing to do with the price homes in Black areas are sold.

  9. Bogus advocacy research. Dr. Perry claims to have controlled for crime rates? Where exactly would you find predominately white neighborhoods with crime rates remotely close to those in inner city Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis, LA, etc. etc.? Nowhere. Of course property values are lower in those neighborhood. There are fewer buyers. White people do not care to move into predominately black neighborhoods for obvious reasons. Who can blame them? When outsiders do buy into those neighborhood, benefiting black homeowners, we hear cries of "gentrification!" More propaganda from TRN.

  10. But yet we still have all these black people on YouTube saying we have poverty because we waste money. Totally ignoring all the predatory lending and redlining etc.
