PDVSA has been the most bureaucratic influential state owned, Oil company in the Atlantic Sea, since the 1970's. This PDVSA type of business posture has produced a slow growth of the Venezuelan Oil Industry over the years and at the same time has Protected Venezuelan best Oil Fields, from crazy ass corrupt deals. In the late 2010's, REPSOL from Spain together with GALP from Portugal, signed a big long term contract with PDVSA in order to install and upstream Venezuelas finest oil fields, situated some miles of the coast of Venezuela. REPSOL and GALP let afterwards, ENI have a share of the upstream. And ENI let BP have a share of its own slice of the upstrem as well. All that; to cut down the upstreaming operational costs and generate jobs at diverse places of the E.U. Nowadays, unfortunately most of the next in line politicians, of this same countries are seriously incompetents. Here's one examples: P. Sánchez, 1st Minister of Spain; spited disrespectfully at the same dish were he's been eating from; by declaring to the world that he recognized the leader of the Venezuelan opposition as their new interim President. At least, the Italian politicians didn't show this same kind of incompetence and neither the Portuguese. Resuming: PDVSA is one of those companies in the world, that can make the world go ill, economically. And that means that every country in the world, should try make sure, that PDVSA can stay a bit bureaucratic.
