I know that a lot of whites believe blacks are just down right stupid, Bloomberg thinks he can just throw a few dollars at people of color and they will fall right in line with what ever he wants. Well if you want to know why it is that blacks don't feel their votes count, it's because, after they have done what they are suppose to do, by electing the electors, (the ones that cast the electoral) vote), and I know I'm not phrasing this right, but it looks like to me when they get that position, they sell that vote, otherwise, why is it that one can win the election by electoral, and the loser have the most popular vote? It seems to me that the president is not elected by the people.
