Rich and powerful white men who are extremely racist in their beliefs and point of views(or past beliefs) couldn't or can't give consideration of the humanity of African American children and have legislated many harmful laws which have done more damage to AA children than most Americans can imagine . Many African American children and other children are being inappropriately held in detention centers, jails and prisons throughout the United States because of the mentality of men like Michael Bloomberg and Joe Biden whom I have also recently seen in a video making passionate arguments for the need to incarcerate African American children. Apparently many more white men are not able to see the humanity of black children and this explains the origins of the prison industrial complex and school-to-prison pipeline. The thinking of these men built the prison industrial complex, the largest prison population in the world 10 times or more over other nations and these prisons are filled so very disproportionately from the remaining 6% of the U. S. population who are African American men and boys. After being held in secure confinement for several months most can be diagnosed with mental health disorders, and some also commit suicide. I hurt and feel guilty when I think of the children in detention in Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, New York, Texas, and California, to name a few of the greatest state violators of African American children. But the United States is the only nation in the United Nations who did not and have not ratified the international treaty on the human rights of children since 1989, the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). If these powerful white men oligarchs and the few black men who can help as well, if you are sincere at at all in your regret, please begin inmediately to ratify the CRC.
