We need real REHABILITATION programs to help the citizens and communities across across America! Sorry to say it the war on drugs and the war on crime , 3 strikes laws are a complete failure and a waste of time and money. We need to start fresh ! Past victimization doesn't grant anyone the right to murder. Life without parole is the best replacement for execution. If we get rid of true life sentences the call for executions will increase.

I agree. If you are guilty of murder the sentence should be death. If you take another persons life, you lose the right to preserve yours. Life is precious.
