By creating a “Water Shed” identity recognition… society can recognize that “all of us” are in a group. This allows a unified perspective and approach. Everyone is in the situation together. “This is our water shed.” We drink this water… we use this water… this water has effects on our lives.

   In this way the EPA will also be able to make a clear assessments. FEMA can make clear assessments. Each level of government and community is empowered by recognizing the geological reality of water sheds.

    However 4 degrees warming triggers so many feedback loops that it progresses quickly to 5 and 6 degrees warming, which is an extinction level event.

    A whole new approach to our rampant consumerism and energy usage is needed.
