16. I applaud the enthusiasm these two have regarding solving the climate crisis, but they are dead wrong about that being the number one problem facing humanity. The number one problem is capitalism/plutocracy/fascism (really just all versions of the same thing). If humanity doesn't deal with that problem and move forward to a truly equal, just, and democratic path, not one of these other crucial issues will be successfully dealt with, and that includes the climate crisis.

17. Fundamentally I agree with these guys. However, I think it's important to stick to realistic science. Don't say we're all going to die, because we aren't. Some people will, but certainly not all of us. The reality is bad enough. If we overstate it, the opposition will use it against us.

19. Thank you, Paul Jay. I appreciate this very direct commentary. Until we address citizens united, we are all in Big Trouble. Corporations have to be held accountable. Insurance Companies need to be held accountable. Institutions have to be held accountable. Colleges and Universities have to be held accountable, and there should be transparent accounting of who is paying for what research and what science. MOB Control needs to be removed. And the Smith Mundt Act addressed NOW. Otherwise, even Goddard is a farce.

20. I think that by the EOY 2019, LENR will be a new entrant to clean energy sources suitable for industrial scale production/utilization. This is a technology that has the capacity to fully transform the Global Energy Production industry away from all fossil fuels as well as nuclear power plants. A revolutionary new clean abundant safe energy source that will take time to gain acceptance because it comes off as too good to be real.

    However, the US Navy is following through on LENR as it recognizes that it will be the end of the fossil/nuclear fuel industries though it will take decades to fully migrate the global economies off these now antiquated energy sources.

24. Bernie should have demanded accountability and oversight on elections demostically. But he didn't. And if we can't insure legitimate elections, we can't really deliver on anything. Jane is actually promoting insurance companies controlling our lives. I live where the fires took place I understand them and "climate change" had nothing to do with them. The funding of our fire departments had more to do with that anything else. The Carr fire and the Camp fire wouldn't have gotten out of control if our fire departments didn't have constricted budgets.
