The truth is that they kicked out the case because the case was brought before the court as a civil rights case but it really was just a civil case.

It's way past time that African Americans founded our own platform that we all can invest in.
If I was Byron Allen, I'll be looking into buying a satellite from China, and broadcast my own internet and networks that will only allow the core of my investors to advertise across the scope. I will see to it that worthy networks will want to line up at my door.

That's a lie, the 1866/68 Civil Rights Act did not overturn the Supreme Court Case Decision on Dread Scott. No legislative enactments could overturn a Judicial Case, due to the separation of powers.
