  1. Thank u Byron for exposing the corporate snakes 🐍 Comcast talking about they do business with so called black peoples 😆🤣I’m with Byron what about the 8 billion , and damn civil rights we as aboriginals not black/ crayons 🖍 demand for our human/ unalienable birth rights not privileges to be respected and honored, me personally I’ve never been a United States citizen I’m and American- those copper colored natives found on the shores of North America’s by the europeans 🇲🇦🙌🏾

  2. The truth is that they kicked out the case because the case was brought before the court as a civil rights case but it really was just a civil case.

  3. So we have all this information and know that Comcast should be boycotted but I'm pretty sure nothing is going to happen and Comcast will be the richer

  4. The incidents occurring across this country today are, in my opinion, the examples of why this lawsuit is so important based on the prevailing problems of discrimination against minorities.

  5. I'm glad this clown isn't going to win his lawsuit against ComCast. People throwing out the race card when they don't get their way.

  6. what black shows has he produce? let us stop playing the race card with your contributions as a. billionaire can only be heard in a whisper

  7. Black entrepreneurs should just create their own networks. Like an ode to the Green Book and Chitterlings Circle days. But it will be harder if a black corporation only wants to provide a service to 13% of the population.
But I really will support a pro black entrepreneurship social media platform that connects black owned businesses.
Byron Allen is wealthy enough to invest in his own satellites and build a whole other empire. If a lot of them just dropped that indoctrinated cutthroat act and team up. Oprah Winfrey's network, Tyler Perry's studio, Michael Jordan, and Byron Allen's end game is a 2020 vision type of idea that we should be debating.
I look forward to spending the best of my money at black businesses. I'll most definitely drop comcast and all the other providers if I had the right incentive to do so.
It's way past time that African Americans founded our own platform that we all can invest in.
If I was Byron Allen, I'll be looking into buying a satellite from China, and broadcast my own internet and networks that will only allow the core of my investors to advertise across the scope. I will see to it that worthy networks will want to line up at my door.
But I'm glad that Byron Allen is using his voice on this matter. I just don't believe that he has a solid case because of our system of free enterprise and our established laws. There is always an exploitable loophole for the elite. But it goes both ways, too. If they can do it, then we can do it.
    Just like Barrack Obama:
    "Yes, we can!"

  8. The discrimination is there already anyway, therefore there is nothing to lose and you might as well go all out and let the America justice system officially confirm the discrimination against Black Americans.

  9. I have to push back on this this is Obama’s DOJ not President Trump’s DOJ as when Republicans take offers they keep the former members of the previous office but when Democrats take office they fire everybody and get Democrat appointed members to be in these positions. Telling that lie

  10. Know the GOSPEL
    1 st Corinthians 15:1-8.
ENJOY GOD HE is the best we got.
Stop watching t v they are ripping off all Americans not just blacks.
    Comcast is a Evil empire.

  11. That's a lie, the 1866/68 Civil Rights Act did not overturn the Supreme Court Case Decision on Dread Scott. No legislative enactments could overturn a Judicial Case, due to the separation of powers. Lies, lies lies. They incorporated the Freedmen under "Federal government franchise citizenship status which is a U.S. citizenship status via the 14th amendment. That's why Their still doing it to us. This lawyer knows this, but wont reveal this fact due his oath and license!!! Only the Supreme Court can overturn it's own precedent not another branch of the government.

  12. I know I have been a victim and I am still a victim of DISCRIMINATION BY THESE CABLES COMPANIES,,, 1866 statues,, civil Rights act,,, WELL THANK YOU REAL?NEWS,,, THANKS FOR SHARING

  13. Yes these CABLES companies zero zone in and out of house at will the DOJ is always on my screen or some old Republicans or Democrats SENATORS,,,WHY? ,, what the HELL do these people want LOOKING?INTO MY?HOME AT WILL,, I am 70 years old elderly black poor woman,, why are they going after black disable elderly folks? Yes Comcast and Time Warner Shine that satellite camera in my home in all my Televisions,,, these Criminals are unpatriotic and for these IDIOT violated all of my civil rights,,, This is awful what these dirty bastards are doing

  14. Byron Allen is being used to "gut" the civil rights law if 1866. He knows exactly what he is doing. He is not for black people. His reasoning is just a smoke screen. Do your homework to see what actually is behind what this entire issue is about. Don't trust Byron Allen just because he is a black man.

  15. I believe Byron Allen is being used by the elite, to get rid of the "power" of the civil Rights act of 1866. Byron Allen knows exactly what he is doing. He is not for black people. I hope Byron Allen looses all of his fortune, and experiences the entire ramification of the result of his greed, and his covert intention to take civil rights protections away from black people. We need to get rid of Comcast services, and expose the truth behind what Byron Allen is really attempting to accomplish; and that is to covertly demolish a very important part of our civil rights. He, and the elite, want to get rid of the "protections" of the civil rights law of 1866. Do your own homework on this matter.

  16. I JUST READ THE ARTICLE THAT THIS VIDEO SAID THAT COMCAST IS SUPPORTED BY TRUMP
ADMIN. I JUST READ IT ( AND AS I GUESSED ) IT'S FAKE, A THIRD PARTY SAID THIS
Michael Foreman, the director of the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic at
Penn State said. I’m sure [Trump’s] thinking is, Let’s make
it harder to sue for discrimination claims. ? I GUESS WE ARE GOING TO HEAR OF SOME KIND
OF COLLUSION THAT TRUMP IS ON BOARD AND COLLUDING WITH COMCAST TO CHANGE
    THE LAW'S ON DISCRIMINATION ?

  17. The great elites up there 1%, use laws to monopolize the businesses and services for their own benefit.
