When the officers immediately went for Bradley’s center console and produced a CBD pipe, he knew something was off. When he confronted the police, they admitted they’d searched his parked car while he was away—and then waited for him so they could pull him over while driving. Police reports in Washington state have troopers stating they smell drugs, and the toxicology report shows no drugs, alcohol or medications. Cops are taught at the academy and by FTO to lie on reports and videos.. This is a UNDISCIPLINED Cop that needs a disciplined supervisor to step in and turn this officer around if that is possible .

Cops always say there have been car, home or store breakins just so they can have an excuse to fuck with you. It sounds to me like these 2 cops are the ones breaking into cars. They went through it and stole his money. Then, I used the cbd as an excuse to justify the stop and justify them taking it.
