Cop Charged For Shooting Handcuffed Man Seven Times

1. Why are pigs above the law? If the law applies to us peon citizens, it should also apply to them, no one in the government is above we the people. That lady whose son was murdered her and her family and friends, need to arm up and find that pig and hold him accountable the 1776 way. 2. Why comply if they are just going to beat or kill you anyway. You might as well try to protect yourself, take as many of them down with you and go down fighting.

3. A cop handcuffs a man, puts him in his car then shoots him 7 times and STILL doesn't get arrested on the spot. It takes till the next day to charge him.

21. 20 years as an officer at Rikers and now working a a federal Officer I say Yes you can shoot a Handcuffed Man if the Situation, interpretation and Necessity is there. that being said I don't have a body cam at Work. If the Handcuffed Criminal thinks that he can Flee from custody, assault or attempted to assault with no defense then he is Wrong.
