8. Hello. I met the man in this video about 1 or 2 weeks ago at his court date… he showed me this video and told me all about it. He’s got a jury selection coming this week! HE NEEDS A PAID LAWYER. I watched his public defender laugh with the DA LADY THE JUDGE right after he walked out… I barley heard them but the judge said something like. “Yeah, that’s y I made sure on record I fully explained and made sure he understood”…. Y’all this man is fucked. He needs a better lawyer. Can his public defender act like that? He don’t want to help Maurice win! This is sad!!! This is a clear case of BULLSHIT!! And I fealt like the judge and the DA lady think this is a joke

21. The Kenosha Wisconsin police department will not allow you to fill out a complaint against one of their detectives, or officers ,or a sheriff. It is impossible to file a complaint against excessive force. They handcuffed my son and then slammed his head into the back of the couch, breaking his nose, as they were suffocating him. Then the detective for one good measure places his knee between the shoulder blades of my son, and digs it deep into his back, calling it resisting arrest. I have a short clip on my YouTube channel this happened March 12 of 2020 I am going insane, because, I do not have a voice as to what happened that day in my home . False allegations against me only, and my son is the one that was harmed and arrested.They harmed me as well. I have ugly thoughts in my brain, thoughts that I cannot erase. I can't get it out of my head. I really hope that I live to see the day the outcome of this ongoing nightmare comes to an end. Then my heart and my son is released from these tyrants. Judge Cummins dismissed solely on the fact I couldn't pay their fees. I was in ail when I originally filed and was granted in forma paupris. Basically, the only citizens allowed to petition the Government for a redress of our grievances (1st Amendment) are those who can pay their $402 filing fee when they've just had your liberty taken from you, you lost everything you owned while in jail and had your rights purposely violated with complete indifference to the injury they cause. We must do something it starts with individuals being confident as Americans. Teach our children to assert their rights by asserting ours now. Challenging their lies and manipulating interpretations of the law. We don't need attorneys to file legal documents on our own behalf. They literally lie to us, tell us they lie to us, yet we still listen to them? Why?
