24. In Tennessee if you refuse the fast they have a catch 22. It's called implied consent. They will automatically suspend your license for a year and you have to get sr22 insurance when you get your license back. Screwed up system.

Or is it because freedom and the Constitution reigns above all others above all other feelings and and bad judgment calls. We are either free or not. There is no in between.

26. In CA, PC NOT RAS IS THE STANDARD FOR DEMANDING ID. The reason cops want ID, is so that they can run your details PRIOR to determining how they will treat you during the current encounter. If you have a jumble of police encounters, arrests, detainments and what details they can use to conspire to violate your rghts.
    So, in CA they must have PC, in other words THEY MUST HAVE YOU UNDER A LEGAL ARREST PRIOR TO DEMANDING ID, SO THEY CANNOT use the above tactics.

38. All traffic violations fall under Uniform Commercial Code law otherwise known as Contract law not criminal law the cop's use the colour of law to enforce contract between you and the state. That's why cop's were given operational / qualified immunity under the good faith doctrine. Your cop's and government officials who while working for the State commits a crime are granted operational immunity. They're sovereign citizens Washington DC is a sovereign city State under common law it's government officials have sovereign immunity with all the rights privileges and protections of a Monarch.

49. Law enforcement officers are programmed to act the way they do. There are just too many of them through out the country all acting the same way which is not in a way rhat anyone else would or even could act towards theor fellow man.

50. It is importat to note that law enforcements authority comes from the consistution after they give an oath to uphold the consistution. Whoever takes an osth to do something and doesn’t know what the consistution says, who it effects, and what it allows them to do. Is a crime punisable by up to 10 years to life. (Contempt of Office). When officers step outside of the consistitution they lose there authority and qualified immunity.
