Cops lied to get into their home, but their OWN bodycam caught the truth! – Everything Law and Order Blog

As Brad Naylor and his brother slept in their parents’ home, they were surprised to hear their door kicked open and see guns drawn at 5:00 in the morning. According to the police report, the smell of marijuana lead these officers to enter a home without a warrant and without the consent of the owners. In this episode of PAR, we examine this terrifying experience as another example of the phenomenon of overpolicing, and we explore the high social, political, and financial costs it exacts from small-town America. Please join journalists Taya Graham and Stephen Janis for this important episode of the Police Accountability Report!

  1. Why would he work for law enforcement knowing how crooked they are? He is an idiot and deserves what he got.

  2. Extortions the only job there allowed to have ,after that type of bribery might have taken place ! It would depend on forensics, conflicts-of-interest connecting to abuse of powers ? And if the evidence is there it would prove bribery has happened . Only Military Officers have an abuse of powers that can cause this problem !

  3. oh hell no. I wouldnt be that calm and dam sure no ID. Another reason i think weed should be legal everywhere so cops can no longer use that dam excuse for everything.

  4. They would probably be shot in my house if they did this. 0530am and breaking in? These cops have to have the nose of a blood hound to smell pot from the street. If I was a cop on the police force. I would have to quit from embarrassment.

  5. How to law enforce without breaking laws? That is the real question. Knowing and exercising limits on behavior is very difficult for humans when there aren't any mechanisms to enforce the law on law enforcement.

  6. The American justice system is totally corrupted, like the rest of US government. This is a sign of the Second Coming, which is very imminent.

  7. SS soldiers always lie. Typical of the right wing. They're right wing terrorists.
This was a terrorist attack. Those SS soldiers are cowards.

  8. They're not police, they're SS soldiers of the American Gestapo committing another act of brutality against a family, They're sadistic, bloodthirsty barbarians and ravenous hyenas. They're rabid, ravenous, bloodthirsty wolves.

  9. Never answer the front door or even acknowledge someone is there. The cop roaches will move on without a warrant.

  10. There is enough reason to make changes NOW. who are the people who gave these tyrants the power to be so dangerous. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE NAMES

  11. The scariest part of these videos is the fact that the police are fully willing to murder the entire family if they don't comply?? We know they are fully willing to murder unarmed American motorists over minor traffic violations and then claim immunity for their criminal activity. Our legislators need to step up and protect the American citizen against criminal behavior by the police.
