An unnamed motorist was stopped by Baltimore County police, held at gunpoint, and manhandled by multiple officers before being arrested. Body cam footage reveals the motorist, who has requested anonymity, asking multiple times to speak with a supervisor and to know the crime he was being arrested for to no avail.

Police Accountability Report reviews the available footage and the details of the case, as well as what this man’s ordeal can tell us about the police war against our civil rights.

And as always be safe out there! And have a wonderful holiday!!! 🙂

  2. Good parking lot to do donuts even better when wet, but it’s a church parking lot and that’s not a karma that people want to deal with. Regardless you would see some kind of evidence of the donuts on the asphalt.

  3. I feel so bad for you Americans, I have watched HUNDREDS of cop watching videos an audits of government an police buildings, most are disgusting an very questionable, I'm sure this shit is going on in ireland but we have no bodycams to prove it, so glad your doing your best to hold these violent criminals (the police) accountable your very brave ppl ….stay safe, love from Ireland 🇮🇪

  4. We all know that the American society is helpless against the criminal police system. Just defund the rotten police system asap

  5. Sorry steven, but you don't know what you're talking about when you're describing donuts. You don't need any speed. You hold the e-brake and burn out your rear wheels crank the steering wheel all the way over and let go…. you start doing a 0 degree turn that can widen into a donut. I could easily do donuts in that small lot. Not to say that's what happened. Just that it would be possible.

  6. I probably won't go to the U.S but thanks for letting everyone know how corrupt the law is, i would recommend that you have a holiday in the U.K,

  7. Wet asphalt makes it easier to do donuts, you dont need forward momentum more so tire spin also rear wheel drive vehicles are best front wheel drive you would need speed and e-brake to do a tire slide which does need forward momentum Or you could do a type of reverse donut in front wheel drive

  8. Is there an update? What happened? Did he sue? Were charges dropped? They clearly retaliated because he messed with their OT money… yikes!

  9. The victim is crazy if he thinks, bluring his face and changing his voice will make it unable for the police to figure out who he is – – – is he dumb ? or dumber?

  10. Haha! I believe the cop was thinking of eating a doughnut, cause it's really difficult to perform a "doughnut" in a front wheel drive car, unless you're doing it in reverse, even then, it's not a real doughnut. This whole thin blue line thing came out to force people to respect law enforcement and not question their Brownshirt Nazi like behavior.
