  1. Please take a moment to like and comment to help share Lance's story to help educate the public and perhaps to put LEO on notice that disrespecting and violating the rights of Americans with disabilities will not be tolerated. And we will keep you updated! I have a feeling that Lance may file a lawsuit!!!! -taya

  2. End qualified immunity and make bad cops pay out of their pockets or out of the police retirement fund. That would end a lot of illegal none sense.

  3. As someone who is the exact same age and going through the EXACT same condition as this victim, this whole situation makes me absolutely LIVID.

I often forget things, or am unable to properly process what people tell me, either verbally or in writing…and it's VERY frustrating. Like him, I ALSO watched a family member go through Dementia, and then Alzheimer's, following a moderate stroke (my mother), and HER mother ALSO went through the exact same pattern (stroke, Dementia, Alzheimer's) a decade later.

My mom died 5 years after her stroke; my grandmother only TWO years after. My Dementia is not due to a stroke, but to 16 severe brain injuries when I was younger (15 from bullying between ages 7 and 16, and the last from a fall on ice 7 years ago).

I was diagnosed with CTE based on having all but 3 symptoms out of 16 known ones, 6 months after my fall in 2017. I was diagnosed with early-onset Dementia back at the end of December 2021, and was told my condition is fatal…and that I only have 2 to 5 years left. That was nearly 2 years ago now.

So to see a bunch of corrupt cops, who ALREADY had their warrant application DENIED by a judge for lack of evidence, and didn't even have either the local law enforcement agency OR the right address, take advantage of this man and refuse to leave his home after LYING TO HIS FACE, and then acting like HE was the one at fault, while making up one B.S. so-called "connection" after another, trying to tie this guy to every member of his family…they are all corrupt and should be fired.

But of course, just like ALWAYS…the Thin Blue Line and INjustice system protect them til death do them part…because a cop TRULY being held accountable, in the same way and to the same degree as any of US would be for effing up and lying like these guys did, happens so infrequently that you're more likely to win the fricking LOTTERY than you are to see a corrupt, unlawful, unconstitutional, lying, racist, violent cop get even ONE DAY in prison.

I feel so bad for this man, living alone like he does and dealing with Dementia, and then having to deal with a bunch of lying fu**ers with badges violating the only safe space he has left. I hope he sued them for everything he could get, gets a great lawyer, and wins. I know it STILL won't do anything to the corrupt cops, because it's always the TAXPAYERS who lose when police get sued…but at least he would get SOMETHING for what they did to him.

The two things that never should have existed, and should be abolished permanently, are tax-free status for churches…and qualified immunity for cops. Those two practices turned BOTH of those institutions into corrupt, criminal organizations that get away with ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING, and both do more damage to innocent people than any other entities on the planet. Coincidence? I think not.

  4. The biggest injustice is leaving innocent bystanders homes and businesses destroyed after raids without adequate compensation. There is no insurance that covers “government destruction” and insurance companies have won lawsuits against stating that their contracts don’t cover government destruction against paying for damages. Yes unfair roads are one thing.. but the destruction of property should be covered when innocent people have property destroyed

  5. I'm so sorry that you have endured this horrendous attack.. I truly wish you well sir…sending much love from Scotland ❤

  6. This is basically the same thing that happened in Louisville Kentucky with the breonna Taylor case they could have actually watched her house and seen at the guy was not living there had not been there but instead they chose the wrong path which is what they usually do they don't want to take time to investigate and do their jobs properly but now louiville has been sued so much they can't hardly even get anybody to ensure the cops that are having issues the trying to make the taxpayers pay for insurance for their cops because nobody will enter them because there's been too many lawsuits they need to start taking it from the cops paychecks and their retirement fund and this will put a stop to it !!!

  7. Taya, you are partially correct. It is class warfare. The 10% of the Elite against the 90% of the average people. They pay for the police to place the boots of the oppressors on our necks…to show us how "worthless" we are in their eyes.
If you allow them to do so, no matter what your race, religion or economic situation…then this country and society is DOOMED. Stand up for your rights. Push the belief in the constitution. Do not let them oppress us as a PEOPLE…again…no matter what your race or beliefs are.

  8. Qualified immunity must go. Police shouldn't be immune to what they do. If it is JUSTIFIED then they can go before a court of law and prove it. Just like any other citizen can do.
Second, any damage done to innocents property or lives should be able to receive restitution from the government…no matter what…when it is done by these type of situations.

  9. The fact that police (of all agencies) can do this and have no conscience about it speaks volumes about them. They obviously have a "god" complex, and have no regard for safety, decency, laws, rights, consequences (because they RARELY suffer them), etc. They are soulless.

  10. Ya… been watching lots of these videos. Interesting that police do not target black people as BLM would have you believe. They brutalize everyone.

  11. what about prosecutory misconduct? the cop was amazing but the prosecutor held my property for over a year, (14 months) then tried to prosecut a bogus charge that was dropped once i hired a lawyer. charges were dropped before I even entered a court room and no remedy/apology was offered for the money i spent on the lawyer or the time without my property.

  12. Make no mistake, the cops in this situation did what they did because they WANTED a shootout. They WANTED to execute the homeowner(s) and this was simply the way they attempted to.

  13. I love how the cops will treat an anonymous tip as proof positive justification for raiding a home, but can't be bothered to show up in less than three hours, a block away from the cop shop, when my fiancèe was literally being beaten. She was screaming for help on the phone and the fucks showed up THREE HOURS LATER.

  14. That man'did nothing wrong if they may come back and finish what they started who knows anybody trying to figure out how to execute him and his family to cover up their dirty deed and I'm sure they will investigate themselves so they can justify telling the public they did nothing wrong every one of these gestapo representatives are very dangerous they should all be charged amongst other things

  15. The home owner did not show any symptoms of memory problems in fact he was able to put his entire story together with on sign of memory impairment, he is taking advantage of the memory impairment claim. And the reporter is ignoring the facts and making a dramitic story out of whole cloth … she hates all police!

  16. Certainly, this is a serious mistake by the police department and they handled it very poorly, but the lady asking the questions was trying her best to make this as dramatic as she possibly could. However bad this search was it was not nearly as bad as she is making it out to be … she definitely had an agenda and it was not to tell the truth about what happened!

  17. Journalist cannot get away with not giving their source of a police can it’s because it’s the police saying it’s the place !

  18. ****QUESTION? Who called in to begin with? These officers were following up a REPORT that was called in regarding the man they were looking for****
We just cannot understand how reports going to Law Enforcement are sending Police to wrong addresses? Not only dangerous to persons in their homes, but also Police?

  19. So if you stand your ground and manage to unalive all the police/intruders, that's legal, right? I wouldn't mind dying standing my ground if I knew I was innocent. Fook getting old and dying on a couch or bed.
