4. I’m sorry but taking the drugs out of his mouth was the attempt to save him. The longer that was in his mouth, the more drugs were going in his system. The tool might’ve been questionable but probably better than issuing his fingers.

Tbh, everything you report on poses no surprises but I commend the fact that you've made this topic your job. I truly hope that it's not just another story and that those who are criminally involved will face the full extent of the law.
