  1. I like talking to people on the same page that I am about social and racial Injustice. A whole lot of people can see things but can't feel it course they are not a victim of social and racial Injustice. social justice we have a foot in the door what racial Injustice is a whole different type of ball game whereas we don't even have of a foot in the door to see inside who are the players evil game of racial Injustice in America. There's many, many black people that is in prison solely on the basis of the color of their skin built on false information mostly by white 👮 cop's and Public County District Attorneys is a green light for an indictment and then the victim is appointed ineffective assistance of counsel in order to make it legal within the boundaries of the Constitution is this big open hole we call gateway to the American prison system. Every since that ended slavery in America mostly southern white people have been coming up with all kind of ideas to enforce modern day slavery upon the black man by using them for cheap labor in the prison system for all types of hard labor. For Examples, building water levies, cleaning out swamp areas, cutting grass on the highways, Building Bridges and Roads, fighting forest fires and working in factories inside the prison for pennies on the dollar and much more. Socially?
the incarceration of the black man takes on another role like birth-control and voting.
It was a Time in America that the incarcerated state prisoners could use the great writ of habeas to gain his freedom if his sentence was illegal. Again, Southern States came up with another strategy by taking the writ of habeas corpus away from State Prisoners by introducing their own writ style of habeas corpus 😞!
Whereas County District Attorney, not the judge make all of the decisions about about that particular prisoner especially prisoners are not appointed representation to represent them in a court of law on the allegations of the petition. In other words, if you don't have it right in the first position, you don't get a second chance to file another petition regardless of the circumstances. So what can we do about ineffective assistance of counsel in the first place that is responsible for so many black people locked up in prison? About me?
I am serving a life sentence without an indictment for first-degree murder that I received in 1964 from Jefferson County in the city of Birmingham, Alabama.

  2. I always get a kick out of AOC.
A "white" Spanish European woman with the name, "Cortez" insists on calling herself "coloured" as if she is somehow of African descent.
Communists are so full of crap, they could only fool the mentally deficient.

  3. This was brilliant interview by Kim Brown with insightful questions and curiosity. Worth every one of the 25 minutes with all three of you. Thank you.

  4. Excellent segment Kim!
Ms. Rose & Mr. West; two living heros both critical thinkers & doers!
    Racism & Capitalism are connected
as is the universe. Moving the race conversation forward & including capitalism is essential to fully understand systemic oppression.
My wish is for all to be blessed and not be swayed by the hate & destruction built around us.. Be well & continue to thrive!!

  5. How AOC is branded is reminiscent of how Helen Keller was branded. The media brand is a smoke bomb.
Helen Keller was more than the deaf, blind girl that persevere and grew. What’s ignored is how she championed workers rights, living wage, worker protections, environmental regulations etc….

  6. Aghast at how little the rich tapestry of these people's humanity sing out is seen / absorbed / celebrated by the comments here!!

  7. I don't care how many degrees these two have. If they think AOC is intelligent, they're as stupid as she is. It's interesting how these elitist never talk about the dumb shit she says regularly. And Cornell West never did anything for black people but sell them one lie after another to keep their minds in shackles. Free minds see through this "woke" hustler who is only selling politics, not real solutions.

  8. Yeah that AOC was groomed(one of very many as the oligarchy doesn't take chances) & is being groomed like Gabbard & others like Omar like how cops or spies go undercover except this isn't chess this is the tippy top of the oligarchs dystopian puppet staged system(aka true bread & circus making football pale in comparison in reality) hence her working for Kennedy the one Kennedy that they said back in the 60's yeah let that one live.

  9. This person that has a FANTASY she shares that the President …" IS INTENDING TO NOT LEAVE OFFICE.." ??? wHAT Jack and the Bean Stack statement is that…based on no such statements or plans or any other REALITY of such a made up by her based on what >>> ???? Not credible…person this inteviewer. It… appeared the guests noticed this as well…as no comment except laughter .. at her… Joking maybe ?

  10. AOC is not your friend. She talks a good talk but does not walk it. She is divisive country-wide. Almost sounds like HRC when referring to DJT voters (I am an Independent Jill Stein voter). There is no way this nation will heal as long as red or blue keep winning. The Polarization keeps getting more extreme. The racial convo, while important, is blurring the "working class" convo. I doubt MLK would aporove of Dems and their acquiescing "progressive" Justice Dems. Drop the divisive Capitalism and Socialism labels, if anything Corporatism is what needs uprooting.✌

  11. I also meant to say that neither of your guess, addressed what their plan is to truly engage "the people in the streets" their words not mine. Not everyone tunes in to a Podcast.
