4. This is not written to fuck with someone, I want to make an argument to shift the focus here. The claim that epigenetic factors is one of the mayor factors why the "black community" is hit hardest by the covid 19 epidemic seems to be misleading, as we have historically massively traumatized populations (Russians, people in the Balkans), which seem to be less affected by this virus.
   I am German and I can tell you – 2 of the 4 generations of the last century were MASSIVELY tramatized – and we seem to have no real health problem during this crisis.
   My guess would be socio-economic factors like access to healthcare insurance, quality of healthcare in areas with predominantly "black" / "Latino" / migrant population and racial discrimination by healthcare professionals are larger influences than epigenetics.
   Or do you take the stance that evolutionary differences between people like the higher prevalence of e.g. sickle cell anaemia in the "black" community is an epigenetic thing?

Caricom doesn't include us in their push for Reparations so why aren't you saying they are wrong. N'cobra wants to give our reparations to all black people. They doesn't make sense. Two tribes in Namibia are seeking reparations ONLY for themselves from Germany. CARICOM in seeking reparations ONLY for 14 Caribbean nations.I have never heard either group called divisive for seeking reparations exclusively for their groups.

While I appreciate your discussion of reparations, and the harm that has been reeked on Africans as a whole by Europeans; we cannot be successful in America if we attempt to argue that America should pay reparations to all Africans everywhere. It's too broad, and Americans will deny culpability in other nations; and since you cannot prove the harm Americans caused in other nations, you would be fighting a losing battle. What you can prove is the 400 years of harm and trauma caused to a distinct group of people who have traceable lineage in America or who are American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS). While I do agree that pretty much all European countries owe reparations to all African countries, the only way to have success with this claim is to have the group of people who have been injured by a specific European nation, make their claim against that specific European government. This is the only way to identify and pay the victims for specific injuries that may not be consistent in every slavery or enslavement experience. That's also why ADOS are not included in CARICOM; because each European nation enacted their own terrorist attacks uniquely; which caused unique harm to different people groups. For example, there may not have been as many lynchings, rapes and murders in one or other European nations as there were/are in America; and therefore, ADOS may require more repair than a victim of racism in the Caribbean or some other European controlled nation. So we want the punishment to uniquely fit the crime; rather than a one size fits all solution.
    Moreover, we really don't need another study or HR-40 to tell us that on-going and continuing structural racism will continue to traumatize and kill us; just as we don't need to study how and why taking no action against Covid-19 will cause further economic and social harm and death. Somethings are clearly understood by history (400 years to be exact) and on-going events. What we need to do is stop the bleeding; or arrest structural, on-going racism; which is baked into the very fabric of America. We need to pay reparations to the injured parties in America; as well as change or transform the laws (and those who create and execute the laws) of America that are completely infected with racism. That way we not only stop the bleeding, but stop the manner in which racism is enforced and upheld. It's really the same solution we are doing for Covid. Instead of studying the disease and waiting to find a vaccine; meanwhile everyone is dying and being economically destroyed; we make the payouts and place necessary restrictions on society (stop the bleeding) while studying the problem for a more refined, accurate cure. This is why we need an ADOS person to represent and push a bill through congress to treat our on-going trauma condition just like Covid-19; because others don't bare the cost of ADOS; so they don't understand the urgency.
    And another thing, why are we so concerned about other groups, i.e. native Americans and immigrants, but so unconcerned about ADOS? In addition to historical reparations to native Americans and citizenship benefits given to immigrants (which ADOS never received), the Heroes Act seeks to pay 50 billion to native Americans directly; and it even makes stimulus payments to illegal immigrants who can take the money back to their native lands and enjoy it. Guess what's in the Heroes Act for ADOS? An enhanced Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); and of course, that's not just given to ADOS, but it's for everyone who qualifies. So you see, you can finally stop being concerned about other groups who are already benefitting from reparations and government benefits, and who are still being taken care of todate; and finally start to worry about yourselves. Please find a way to focus on this question: When does ADOS get what we're owed?

    Reparations paid to blacks living today who never experienced slavery paid for by whites who are living today who are not responsible for slavery, and which if put into practice would only perpetuate the idea that blacks cannot succeed in a multi-racial society, and therefore unequal, is a very racist idea.

    This has nothing to do with the Covid-19 test run of the types of Global Pandemics the United Nations intends to engineer and intentionally release upon the world in their push for Global Depopulation.

    The Global Elite Intend to reduce the worlds population by 90 Percent To Below 500 million by Releasing Engineered Pandemics onto the world.

18. It is so sad that this is what EVERY AMERICAN, EVERY HUMAN BEING should be invested in, GETTING OFF OF LEGAL DRUGS! Its UP TO US to know better, not our Government, because, as we well KNOW, they SUPPORT Big Pharma Industry! 19. Reparations are a dog whistle for those giving misdirection via finger pointing a scapegoat rather than putting their own lives through lens that will likely expose them as well as their community to the mistakes and habits that they are solely responsible for.
    I might also note if reparations are to be had we all should get a check. The whole damn world has been enslaved, wronged or hurt by another group at some point in history. Get the damn chip off your shoulders. Forgive and fix what is wrong in your community. Perhaps that is where you fall short.

It seems to me after all this studying “we” need to do, yet COVID19 and Bill HR6666 is slated for us with record speed along with a vaccine to help the dominant race feel comfortable with us in their new normal feel safe. And this happens without a 40 year study, which will only compound our problems in the immediate future. So an African American member of Congress is causing undue stress on his own population to bear another illness or a DNA mutation . Are these people even communicating with each other. Like the lady said, we need Restitution in the form of Reparations Now, while the intellectuals continue masturbating on how to make whole a people who have been genocide. Everybody needs water, but everybody cannot wait until brass goblets(metaphorically)are made before we get a drink. Now is the time to open all valves to enable life.
