  1. The ignorance and stupidity in this video is painfully obvious and beyond pathetic.
Instead of chasing a failed public project which will waste countless billions.
The residents and elected officials of Baltimore should instead be looking outside the box for a far better solution.
    For example…
Rideshare services combined with self driving vehicles. In short,
A self driving vehicle rideshare service.
Elected officials could persue partnerships with massive tech and rideshare giants such as Tesla, Google, Cruise Automation, Nvidia, Lyft, Uber, etc.
Give those companies the "keys to the city"
Give them whatever support they need and beyond including tax breaks in addition to material assistance.
Make Baltimore ground zero in testing and implementation of self driving vehicles. Let those companies use the city as a launch pad for the inevitable self driving vehicle revolution.
The residents of the city will benefit immensely. Why settle for inefficient rail service when fleets of self driving vehicles can be summoned at one's disposal?
As we are on the verge of a digital automated society in the 21st century New Machine Age.
It's time to start acting like it.
Mechanization and A.I. is the way forward from here on.
Not outdated relics from the 20th century.
