  1. These systems he is talking about are not functioning anywhere they're shams that provide the mirage of change. The only thing that alters behavior is public finance of the police, right now they have to go extort and enslave for their money, and civilian oversight.

  2. Why isn't Police Misconduct a federal crime? That way they wont be allowed to "Investigate" and "Prosecute" themselves.

  3. It can't be a government of the people and by the people if government hides information from the people.

  4. Baltimore police should stop over policing the bad neighborhoods and only respond to calls from the nice neighborhoods. That will make the SJWs happy.
