i was arrested 6-8 times when i was young. i got every police report. They were ALL the same, 10% fact 90% fabrication. Those cops would lie under oath. This is how police operate.

Would the statute of limitations block a suit against the cops and City for excessive force and what about perjury changes brought by the DA. Hopefully the citizen only plead guilt to a low level pot charge, if in fact he had some.

That scares me the most (well… it’s in the top five scariest things about this) the way the chief lists all these measures in the interest of transparency and accountability… with the civilian auditing team reviews… the fact it can only be used in limited circumstances etc… and yet… I’m sure he’s said things like this about other policy implementations and other issues… and even still… even with that in place on paper… that department has been proven to be so corrupt it’s disturbing…
