14. Omg my cousin Joshua Ruffin was killed by the Columbia sc police on April 8th. As of May 4th 2020 1:43pm est the body cam footage and dash cam footage have not been released. The cameras at Eau Claire high school where he was killed have not even been mentioned. There are also MANY witnesses that the police haven't talked to. A cover up is under way
